House vacation rentals in Cévennes

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

The workshop is absolutely lovely! Huge windows that make you feel like you are in nature. Bright, cozy, quiet, comfortable, serene and all the amenities. Really cool design. Great hike only 10 minutes away to Les Trois Moulins. Best of all our Yolene, our wonderful and friendly host!

Great stay at pampa. A worthy welcome by Plume, their adorable dog and the cat! Caring, thoughtful hosts. The other 2 homes are quiet and not overlooked. Parking space for each listing. Congratulations on the reno, made with taste and home. That's very appreciated. We recommend and will come back as the weather did not allow us to enjoy the pool.

We booked this place, following an emergency, in the afternoon for the same evening. Camille made sure that the suite was available on time and in impeccable condition. The suite is extremely well-equipped and very functional. The various exchanges we had with Camille were very pleasant. He is friendly and above all very accommodating. Big thanks for the stay.

We had a lovely week at Le Pouget. Very relaxing. It’s in an incredibly beautiful location. Surrounded by green. The terrace was perfect for breakfast and relaxing in the early summer sunshine. Nice walks with our dog and the other dogs around were friendly. If it had been warmer the pool would have been glorious to dip in. If you are looking for peace, beauty and quiet we recommend Le Pouget. The shower was fantastic too! Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay at Caroline’s home! The house is absolutely stunning and dreamy. Home was in a great location with lots to do but also felt very private. Every detail of the house was beautiful. Would certainly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Secret de Uzes. The gite was well appointed, such a lovely and well stocked kitchen! The outside area was wonderful for enjoying the weather. The kids loved having the pool and hot tub available. We had some nice walks around the commune and the drive into Uzes where our family was staying was super easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Idyllic stay, immersed in nature, in a very comfortable, very beautiful accommodation! And sublime walks to take in the surroundings; rejuvenation assured!

Our stay in Suomen was simply wonderful a true hidden gem in the South of France! The accommodation was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. You can really feel the care and love the host has put into every detail. What made it extra special was the peaceful setting surrounded by nature, perfect for unwinding, yet still within easy reach of nearby sights and villages. We had breakfast outside every morning, with a view of rolling hills and the sound of birds all around pure magic. Our host was warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything, while also giving us space to relax and enjoy. We felt truly welcomed and at home from the very first moment. Françoise warmly welcomes us to this beautiful place, among the trees. Thanks to the large bay windows, you really feel in touch with nature, while being in this cabin, very well arranged and tasteful! We can see the jaybird, the squirrel, the butterflies... even in overcast weather. And what to say about the pool in this green setting! Natural happiness, very soothing and rejuvenating. this house hidden in nature is the ideal place for nature and peace seekers. it is big enough for a large group without neighbors to hear or see any thing. a real recommendation in the hills of france

A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cévennes, super quiet, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. With a swimming pool and beautiful pétanque court… And available, responsive and very friendly hosts!

Our short stay in Cévenol went perfectly well from our arrival to our departure. Many outdoor and sports activities are close to the cottage. The fact that there is no TV allowed our two teenagers to disconnect and we were able to enjoy family board games evenings (games available in the gite). The cottage is very well-equipped, cozy...it feels like home! Thanks to Mathilde for hosting us.

To get there the road is relatively narrow but once we get there, the setting is beautiful and this typical hamlet is very quiet. This building has charm. Very spacious, very equipped, clean house. If there are any problems, Pierre and Danielle are always at our disposal. I recommend it to those who love nature, who want calm and especially hikers.

We had a great time despite moderate weather. We were able to enter the house much earlier on the day of arrival and everything met our expectations. The pellet stove was well filled and so we were cozy and warm every evening. The location at the entrance to the Tarn Gorge and the Causse de Méjean is unique.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay in Ardèche and this accommodation was a big part of it.
