A beautiful apartment in a stunning location with incredibly friendly and informative hosts.

Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... Thank you Ms. Asli and I hope to see you again....

It offers accommodation in a central place in terms of location, and we were able to comfortably accommodate 4 people in a tidy and secluded home environment. It's preferable again.

There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

the house is no different than it looks in the photos. It's small, but it's quite enough and convenient. the location is on the side of the Urla bus station, it takes 15 minutes by walking to the art street and 5 minutes by car. Since it is a click away from the center, you do not have noise, etc. problems. ms. Dream was also a very good host, I got quick answers to my questions, provided flexibility at check in check out times.

It was a very satisfied stay, I would definitely recommend Every time I asked Ms. Sibel a question, she answered it right away, the amenities are amazing, I recommend it to those who want to come to Sığac.

Thanks for the wonderful 8 days in your place. Your property and your clean, newly renovated house is by far a real eye-catcher in your entire surroundings. We were fascinated by the perfectly maintained garden and the premises. You also provided us with helpful excursion tips that sweetened our stay. Since we were a large group, the house was ideal, there were enough rooms and clean. The host, Mr. Tuğrul and Mr. Doğan, were very interested, especially they were very helpful with late check-in.

The house was in a peaceful and decent area The location was very good, our evening walks , going to and from the park with our children made it feel like home. The pool was cold because it didn't get much sun. But it was normal in late August and taking into account the weather I'm sure we'll be back 🙏

First, we easily reached the house from the Izmir airport thanks to the GPS directions Said provided. Very warm welcome from Said and his wife in person. They showed us every detail of the very well equipped house and left a detailed book for the use of all appliances. We really enjoyed the place, its location, the backyard terrace, the clothes dryer and the ceiling fans. A car is recommanded to enjoy the different beaches as well as the beautiful surroundings of Çesme and Alaçati. Said was always available for us. It was a real pleasure to stay in his house. We would like to thank Mr. Ozan and his very sweet wife for this wonderful stay. First of all, the house was very clean. It was the cleanest house I rented from Airbnb. I think the customer is valued when the house is clean. We were very comfortable in the house, everything was considered. The garden is very cute , the air is very clean, close to the market,restaurants and the most beautiful is close to the sea. I recommend it for everything. Meric is a WONDERFUL host. Incredibly responsive and so kind. We felt right at home with fresh baked goods, filtered water and hot tea waiting for us upon arrival. The house is beautiful - better than the pictures. Very spacious and the pool was great. Literally across the street from the sea and a 2 minute walk to the Çiftlikköy beach. The house is located on a peaceful strip in the nearby town next to Çeşme. There is a local minibus that runs service every 30 mins for 35tl to take you to Çeşme. Local restaurants were great. We had recommendations from her assistant Ugur. Ugur was incredible- very kind man who help us organize taxis, drove us himself and helped with any concerns in the house. One comment- if you are planning to work remote contact Meric first to make sure internet speed has been addressed. This was one bump we had. However when I reached out to Meric she provided an alternative for our work needs with accommodation . Overall wonderful home with amazing host and assist
