Grändhuset vid havet

Vårt kära " Grändhus" helt nybyggt för vår familj och vänner samt för andra gäster. Vackert beläget på Östra Stranden - en orörd oas bland fiskarlänger och sjöbodar. Rogivande promenader längst Östersjöns strand. Bra badmöjligheter. Njut av det vackra Söderslätt med många utflyktsmål och golf. Utmärkt utgångspunkt för både besök i Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Köpenhamn. Buss ca 100 meter - tåg till hela Skåne och Danmark från Trelleborg. Passande för ett par utan barn. Värdparet bor i "Strandhuset" och "Sjöboden" i närheten och finns tillgängliga vid behov.

Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. Välkommen att semestra i Skåne! Lund ligger bra till med närhet till många besöksmål; museer, parker, naturreservat, restauranger, stränder (den närmaste ca 10 km) och mycket mer. I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Röstånga vång - enkelt boende för 2-3 personer

Vackert lantligt läge strax utanför Röstånga. Funktionellt och fräscht. Du har två plan på ca 25 kvm byggt i gaveln på en lada helt för dig själv. Sovrummet ligger en trappa upp, trappan har dock ingen ledstång. Köket har två kokplattor, köksfläkt, mikro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och kyl med frys. Ingen ugn. Fullt utrustat med köksattiraljer. Bäddsoffan står på bottenvåningen och är tyvärr inte så bekväm att sova i. OBS handdukar, lakan och städning ingår!

Free parking outside the door and close to public transports and Copenhagen. We share the garden but do not have direct insight to each other, so you can feel undisturbed.
