Yurt vacation rentals in Central Europe

If you are looking for an extraordinary accommodation/overnight stay, you will find a little gem here! Beautiful rustic natural garden around the yurt. The yurt itself is lovingly decorated, and especially very cozy with fire in the stove. And we slept very well. In the morning it was cold, but the oven brought enough heat within minutes. The only thing that might be a little problem for some is the rather intense scent in the yurt. It smells of felt and lavender. But we got used to it very quickly. The neighbors could also be heard until late at night, but that didn't bother us any further. We were awakened in the morning by the birdsong. In the village, there are many restaurants, and around it many opportunities to ride a bike and go for a walk.

Jean Luc has always been attentive and available for us during the stay. Her hospitality is unbeatable, the yurt is big, clean, and makes us want to stay there forever 😊 Thank you again so much, it was really great and relaxing

We loved our short stay with Imre and the animals. It's really something special and we are very happy that Imre shared this unique house and surroundings with us. It really feels like you are thrown into a Petterson and Findus book. Absolutely recommended.

What a superb find and the location was just great. If you want to experience something a little different then stay one of their yurts. Great fun.

A really beautiful place – we had a great day! The yurt was cozy and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the blankets kept us pleasantly warm. We felt like at home. The sanitary facilities were also clean and warm. All in all, it was an all-around nice stay. I'm sure we'll be back. Many thanks to the Villa Donkey team!

We had a wonderful 3 days in the fantastic yurt. The yurt was absolutely cozy and lovingly furnished, clean and tidy, the wood-burning stove was great! The wellness area consisting of sauna and bathtub was really a highlight! Again, everything was clean and hygienic. Jaromír was a fantastic host, inquired several times if everything was okay and if we had any requests. Breakfast was great too! We will be happy to come back !

The place was absolutely beautiful, it was complemented by a great garden and the dome above the bed, so you felt like you were sleeping under a starry sky :) We also appreciated the many guides and pamphlets regarding the surrounding points of interest. The place is perfect for anyone who wants to take a break from the city, work and all the technology, but don't want to live in field conditions

My boyfriend and I already travelled a lot and stayed at many Airbnbs. Without exaggerating, we had here the best Airbnb experience. Ati and Niki were so kind and helpful. Even with short notice, an early Check In and late Check Out was possible. The accommodation was lovely and looked even better than on the pictures. If you ask us, what we liked, we say everything. If you ask us, what we hated, we say nothing.🫶🏻

I was in the yurt with our 3 children (11, 9 and 7) for a few days. It is truly an incredibly wonderful place that Diana and her family have made into a unique spot in the middle of hilly nature. We particularly enjoyed the morning excursions into nature, where you always encounter many wild animals. The whole farm exudes a beautiful peacefulness in which people and animals all live together so intimately. My daughter was thrilled to be able to participate in the care and nurturing of the ponies and to be so close to them. Our youngest has made friends with the two funny pigs and the cheeky flock of goats has also repeatedly captivated the children. Diana and her entire family are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite the rather cool and wet weather at the end, our children insisted on staying one more night in the yurt because it was just so wonderful!

We had a relaxing time and were able to switch off for a few days. A special place with beautiful surroundings. The sauna and the bathtub were great and definitely a highlight! Dominik was easy to reach and welcomed us with his family in a friendly manner. We will be happy to come back!

What a cool place! The kids have enjoyed being outside in nature, and Sebastián is a cool friendly guest everything is possible, and you don't have to worry about anything! We will definitely come by

Beautiful place, remote in the forest close to a very pretty river. It's magical to be in this yurt, heated by wood fire, very close to nature. I'll be back for stays with a lot of joy. Thank you

This is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy solitude and immerse themselves in nature. The view is stunning. The yurt is situated on an elevation, offering a picturesque view of the lake and villages below. The yurt is very functional for 4 people. Comfortable beds, a functional kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Very cozy bathroom. Great shower. The stove heated the yurt perfectly, so it was not cold inside. All the firewood and necessary tools for lighting the stove were easily accessible. Damian was always available and helped with all questions. The instructions were detailed and clear. We celebrated New Year’s here, and it truly turned out to be an unforgettable evening. We really liked the place and are eager to visit again in the summer.

We were received nicely and introduced to yurt life by Anne. In addition to the magnificent natural location overlooking the open field, which was also sometimes visited by deer, we particularly enjoyed the coziness of this place, the small bouquet with garden and field flowers, the construction and furnishing of the yurt with its special acoustics, the unobstructed view of the day and night sky framed by golden sequins and the numerous photo motifs. We will be happy to come back!!!

A absolute stunning experience at a unique location. If you search the most iconic experience in the Swiss Alpes, this yurt is your go to! Absolute loving hosts with extreme helpful and clear instructions. They are exceptional friendly and responded super fast. I can recommend the Raclette at their alpage restaurant.

Located in the middle of nature but not impossible to reach, very relaxing, I slept like a log and as far as nature is concerned, it has all the comforts. Manuel is helpful and kind, we also made the talent map with him, in which he specializes, a particular experience as interesting and disconcerting at times, we talked about it throughout the return trip It will surely become one of our places to unplug and relax in front of a fire with the hares running undisturbed

We had a fabulous time at Tinkara’s place. Her dad came to pick us up at the train station and drove us back there. Her family was very nice and very helpful. We had a lovely meal with them that they prepared. The yourt is right next to the river and you can see the mountain from there. There’s a nice garden with vegetables and eggs that you can eat. You are really surrounded by nature and we had a lovely experience. Thank you again for everything. Ella, Ethan, Jeanne and Ulysse.

Highly recommend. Climatic place, nature , peace, great restaurant , trout in every form. Bikes and a children's playground complete the rest.

The yurt is spacious and a great place to be in any weather. The rain patters on the roof and inside there is a nice oven and enough space to be. Outside, the fireplace and hammock invite you to linger in fine weather. Everything necessary is there and we felt very comfortable. A great spot for a cozy weekend.

Great and relaxed environment, very nice ambiance and attentive and caring host who takes great care of her guests. Highlight was an individual diner of Leda's son with fine regional cuisine and a boat trip along the Slovenian coast.
