Condo vacation rentals in Skopje

Die Wohnung von Nikola ist sehr gemütlich. Sie wurde wahrscheinlich für eine Familie in den 80ern hergerichtet, ohne dabei zu sparen. Seitdem wurden beide Bäder, offensichtlich kürzlich, wunderschön ganz neu gemacht. Es bietet locker Platz für eine größere Familie und es ist absolut alles da, was man brauchen kann. Die Tage waren sehr kalt und die Wohnung sehr warm, mit Zentralheizung, was mir viel angenehmer war als die übliche Klimaanlage, mit der man auch heizen kann. Die Klimaanlage ist übrigens auch vorhanden. Ich habe sehr kurzfristig buchen müssen und habe ein wenig Bedenken gehabt, weil die Wohnung als Raucherwohnung gelistet ist. Zum Glück war vom Tabakgeruch nichts zu spüren. Nikola war sehr nett und locker und hat mich am letzten Tag länger bleiben lassen, was für mich von großem Wert war, danke dafür. Er hat immer sofort auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet.

Ev aynı fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. İnanılmaz merkezi bir konumda. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşım sağlayabildik. Ev gerçekten temizdi ve bize kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdi. Özellikle Biljana çok tatlıydı ve çok yardımseverdi. Çıkış saati için bize yardımcı oldukları için çok sevindik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

These people are true professionals and it shows. Starting from the moment I made my reservation, Zojka and Zoya provided me with all the relevant info, useful tips and answered all my questions. They even organised my transfer from the airport to the house, with the driver that literally walked me right until the front door which was super appreciated. The place itself is great; it's perfectly located (main square is just a 5-mins walk away), it was extremely clean and welcoming and I could find everything one could possibly need. If you're looking for a comfortable place for your stay in Skopje, with friendly and proactive hosts, this is definitely the one for you.

필요할때마다 호스트는 친절히 해결해줍니다. 5명이서 지내기 편안한 침대와 욕실이에요. 세탁기도 잘사용했어요. 광장과도 매우 가깝고 식당도 많아요. 스코페방문한다면 추천합니다.

Fizemos uma estadia longa e foi ótimo do início ao fim. Mile é bastante proativo e nos ajudou com recomendações e tudo o que precisávamos. A casa é grande, estava limpa e em perfeito estado. Há bares, restaurantes e muitos mercados nos arredores, além de ser um ambiente familiar e seguro. Recomendo!!!

Monica çok tatlı bir ev sahibi, ev temizdi ve her ihtiyacımıza yardımcı oldu sadece evden merkeze gitmek için taksi veya araba kullanmanız gerekli yürüyerek 40 dakika sürüyor.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was tastefully decorated and the closed in balcony was the perfect place to unwind after a long day! I liked that there was a washing machine and a large drying rack. We two small kids that’s always necessary! The views from the apartment are also fantastic!

Excelente lugar, tiene todo para una estadía larga, como fue la nuestra. Para trabajadores remotos, es súper buena, porque tiene internet de alta velocidad. Está muy cerca de dos supermercados, y de los centro comerciales son como 20 minutos a pie, lo cual no es mucho. Es una zona de muchos restaurantes, y tranquila. La Sra. Kolinda es muy amable, nos ayudó en todo momento, 10/10 ⭐️

Although we arrived at the apartment quite late due to delays and problems with car rental, Risto gave us a briefing about the house on site and helped us adapt to the region and the city quickly. A very warm home welcomes you inside the architecture close to brutalism that reminds you the period of the apartments building date. Definitely one of the first choice points in the region, thank you Risto.

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.

Piękne mieszkanie położone w cichej, spokojnej okolicy u podnóża góry Vodno. Słoneczny balkon zachęcał do wypicia porannej kawy. Mieszkanie wyposażone bardzo dobrze, chociaż przydałby się czajnik do zagotowania wody na herbatę. Mihaela jest bardzo sympatyczną i pomocną gospodynią. Skorzystaliśmy z kilku propozycji z jej przewodnika i nie zawiedliśmy się, było warto. Jezeli znowu przylecimy do Skopje na pewno skorzystamy z tego mieszkania.

Gazda foarte prietenoasa si prompta. Totul a decurs foarte bine. Nu am avut nici o problema. Locuinta este exact ca si in poze, confortabila, curata si cu o vedere minunata. Cu siguranta voi mai venii aici.

This place is fairytale. Marija is amazing, she helped us with everything (prepared guide for Skopje, called us the dinner, brought us to the city center for bus). Accomodation is stunning. 2 bathrooms, large rooms, large living room and table. The apartment has a terrace. Swimming pool is a cherry on top. I would suggest this place to anyone and give it not only 5 stars but 6.

Staying at Panche's place in Skopje was wonderful, we booked for two months. The property is about 10 min drive from the centre however, there are e-skooters available to rent in the city, making it easy to get around. Being digital nomads, having a gym included as well as a grocery store, cafes and restaurants in the mall in the same complex made it easy to settle in and feel at home quickly. Panche was super responsive with any requests and even assisted us by getting us to our next destination. We arrived as guests and left as friends. Highly recommend, especially for long stays :)

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het ruime appartement. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de ouders, die onder wonen. Mooie stalling voor onze huurauto en de zelfgestookte raki smaakte prima. Heerlijk balkon, alleen vroeg in de ochtend nogal wat hanengekraai. Dat hoort een beetje bij het platteland. Locatie is op steenworp van vliegveld en snelweg naar Skopje om de hoek. Een aanrader!
