It's a palace! This grandiose place accommodating six people through three bedrooms offers unique daytime rooms with huge outdoor space, features all amenities one group would need. Despite the age of the place, the installations are modern when it come to room amenities or kitchen. Each room features an air conditioner that can serve as both cooler or heater and a bathroom. We felt so good in there that we rarely felt a need to go out elsewhere. There is a caretakers couple living in the same building who are friendly and helpful but speak Spanish only. Knowing a word or two in Spanish may be handy, although the owners who are very responsive through the Whats-App can take care of directing them if English is your only option. To reach the place, one has to drive through narrow Toledo streets. We had an SUV, but a smaller car would be recommended as we had to close sideview mirrors to get through some very narrow passages. The garage is narrow and long allowing for two smaller cars.

Emmanuelle's treatment was pleasant and direct, she left no doubt when answering questions. The house is very nice, very clean when we arrived and comfortable (we were amazed at how well soundproofed it is, you sleep very peacefully). For us, who were looking for a few days to rest and relax, the place was ideal. We left wanting to repeat and everything :)

Excellent, much better than expected. The photos don't do real justice for what you find. The area is fantastic, an urbanization in the middle of the forest with places to get lost, everything absolutely clean and green. Riachuelos, lakes, meadows with immense pinadas... absolute silence, just noise of nature. The house is perfect. We were 5 and with 3 full bathrooms we had no problem at all. The kitchen equipment is perfect, it has absolutely everything and the appliances even though they are a little old work wonder. We don't miss anything in our house. The urbanization has private surveillance 24h so you have an extra peace of mind. At no time we closed the main gate of the plot and so we saw the normal in the urbanization is that everyone leaves it open, at least during the day. The plot is beautiful, with many trees and very green. The cleanliness of the house of 10, between Airbnb and Booking I think this was one of the cleanest found

The area is quiet, ideal for disconnecting, and the house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very attentive and was quick to respond to any inquiries. Unbeatable. The house is very comfortable, spacious, and is very cared for and very well conditioned. We were in bad weather, but the heating and insulation in the house were top notch. Everything was super clean and the beds were really comfortable. In addition, the owner gave us all kinds of instructions and facilities, apart from flexibility in check-in time. Antonio is very friendly, he is aware of everything and recommended routes and places to eat throughout the area, which is also beautiful and very quiet. I highly recommend this place. It is half an hour away from Avila capital, down a good road, and less than 10 minutes away there are routes and the lake of Ciudad Ducal to enjoy nature. In the same village, Navalperal de Pinares, there are several restoration options, but above all I recommend trying La Parra's egg croquettes and potato tortillas. It is mandatory stop. If one day we return to the area we will not hesitate to repeat 🩵

We had a wonderful month at Villa Irene in Piedralaves, a charming village in the most beautiful countryside. The house is as in the pictures with a garden and a large terrace with view of the mountains. The location is perfect on the edge of the village and on the track for some beautiful walks. Juan Luis, Maria Jesus and Irene are the perfect hosts, at all times ensuring we had everything we needed, staying in touch and sharing their enthusiasm and love of the area. We really appreciated their kindness and generosity, we hope to return soon.

We had a great time. 5 couples with children, all rooms with separate bathrooms, separate rest areas with several doors, which helps not to disturb those who sleep. The pool is great for the kids and the kitchen is spectacular, very modern and with all kinds of facilities. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.
