Great stay at Marie-Noëlle's. Super well located apartment to do everything on foot in Sète, well suited for a family. Very good communication and warm welcome. Flexible check-in and checkout which is a real plus. The terrace is really very pleasant. Just be careful 4 floors with no elevator but it's done very well!

Everything was great in this accommodation for a weekend reunion with friends. Arnaud had prepared a large table in the living room, which allowed us to spend some convivial moments. Accommodation close to the center, perfect for getting to the city during the day or evening. Since there were so many of us, an extra set of keys would have simplified our organization a little. I recommend it!

This is the second time we've come to Loupian. It's a very quiet place to stay, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. The bed is very comfortable, and nice touches are provided. I highly recommend it, it's a place we'll be happy to come back to.

Beautiful place with a parking space right outside the door, spacious bedrooms, beautifully decorated living/sam, a pleasant and well-equipped modern kitchen. And to relax, reading and a small garden where you can eat or lounge. Not far from everything, 20 minutes walk from the Place de la Comédie (or by tram), 15 min from the port Marianne. Manual, the host is nice, the instructions are clear. I would highly recommend it

Roselyne is a host who gave us a nice warm welcome! We appreciated his flexibility for the arrival and departure times. The apartment with a parking space is in a peaceful secure residence. Its location is conveniently located near the beach (200 m). The air-conditioned accommodation is very functional and pleasant. It has everything you need! I would recommend Roselyne's place without hesitation! We'll be happy to go back.
