Vacation rentals in Caspian Sea

Everything was clean and nice. We also liked the cosy garden. It would be nice if there were a broom and a rake, because our children like to clean up leaves. :)

Staying here was an exceptional experience. The location is serene and picturesque, offering breathtaking views of the river, while the mansion itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing both luxury and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful extras made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive, ensuring a memorable stay.

I felt in love with this flat! Staying there was such a pleasure, we wanted to extend for few days but was fully booked already unfortunately. The location was perfect, the home was cozy, warm and clean, and the host was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

we really enjoyed our stay at nicat Necefli apartment. the flat is well located.. walkable distance to supermarket, mall , fast foods , underground shopping center . safe area right next to police station. easy taxi distance to all locations in baku city . also Nicat Necefli is very helpful. thank you for helping us with early check in & late check out.

Благодарю хозяйку за тёплый прием и отзывчивость. отношение цена качество и местоположение 10 из 10 ! Рядом есть овощные и продуктовые. Также кафе с отличной выпечкой и тортиками. Мы передвигались на личном автомобиле до центра города 15 – 20 минут. Мы были зимой , отопительная система отлично справлялась со своей работой дома было тепло , в доме есть всё необходимое чтобы готовить. Также есть утюг и фен. Обязательно вернёмся❤️💐

We had a wonderful stay in Baku! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located right in the heart of the city—everything we needed was within walking distance. But what truly made our trip special was the exceptional support from the transport coordinator, Mr. Toofan. He is one of the kindest and most humble people we've met—always smiling, always helpful. From the moment we landed, Mr. Toofan helped us plan our entire itinerary with care and attention. He made sure our transportation was seamless, and his services were not only reliable but also very affordable. Thanks to him, we experienced Baku like locals and made the most of our time there. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get to coordinate with Mr. Toofan. He truly went above and beyond!

This is a standalone apartment at the back of a restaurant in the old city, a UNESCO world heritage site. Taxis and Bolt etc can't drive in but it's quite close to the gates to the city so that's not an issue for me. The Wi-Fi is strong enough and the host was very responsive.

We stayed at Ulvi's apartment between February and March. You will definitely feel like you are at home in this apartment. There is no difference between the photos you see and what you will find. All of the devices in the apartment are working. The internet connection is stable. The apartment is very clean and tidy. Although the weather was cold during our stay in Baku, we did not feel chilly at all in the apartment. The kitchen supplies are quite sufficient. Whenever we had a question, Ulvi was happy to answer and give advice. The apartment is located in a hushed part of Baku called "White City." You can see the Caspian Sea from the balcony, and you'll be on the beach in 5 min. The apartment is 1 min from the bus stop. The nearest metro station, Xatai, is 5-10 min away by foot. There are two markets (Bravo & Araz) right in front of the apartment. This apartment is a great option to think about if you intend to stay in Baku. Thank you Ulvi for being a great host.

От нашего с подругой проживания остались только хорошие впечатления. Все самое необходимое в квартире есть, квартира достаточно просторная и комфортная. Также поблизости находятся набережная и необходимые магазины. В общем, советую☺️
