Room for 2 people comfortable in a family home. We are just 10 blocks from Carrasco Airport. Large wooded garden, swimming pool, barbecue, 20 minutes from downtown. A few blocks from the beach. Hunting food. We have a very friendly cat Tony who sleeps outside the house. Free WiFi. Punta Del Este is 85 minutes away. Not recommended for children under 2 years old as the facilities would not suit their needs. The bathroom is only shared with the host and her husband.

Excellent location just 300 meters from the airport, 100 meters from the bus stop with direct lines to the center of Montevideo(30') and also to the east side of the country (eastern tip, rocha). It is a really beautiful area with a lake 150 meters away with a lot of greenery and nature. We are 1.3 km from the shop and 1.5 km from a beautiful beach. It is a very quiet and pleasant area.

The house is shared with Micaela, her host and Sur her puppy. The space is extremely quiet and safe. The building has 24 hs porter, security with cameras, pool and common gym. Located beachfront. Shopping center 650 meters, service station at 900 meters and bus stop on the corner. Airport 10 min, Zonamerica 25 min and Carrasco 7 min Wi-fi, and space to work without hassle.

I'm Cristina, my house is 10 minutes from the coast, 10 minutes from Portones Shopping, 40 minutes from the Center. It has good transportation to any point. I offer a good atmosphere, a good library, absolute tranquility. You can use any of the facilities (living room, living room with fireplace, library, kitchen and patio with grill). I also offer optional home-cooked meals.
