This apartment has just a perfect location in the center of old Porto. Located in a beautifully renovated building with a cool restaurants and stores next to the entrance to the building. The apartment is located on the 4 floor, but an elevator worked perfectly . The apartment is very spacious, airy, very comfortable and esthetically pleasing. It had a small but charming balcony with a very nice view of old buildings and red roofs. Aposentus team responded fast and promptly to our questions. It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment while visiting beautiful Porto.

The apartment was just what we needed, and they allowed us to get in early which was so helpful. We really appreciated that they were able to accommodate us!

the accurate rating i’d like to put is 4.5 *, but there no such option on airbnb! the small kitchen is functional but It would be a 5* if there’s a small toaster oven for guests to reheat the pastries so they are crispy and for the bread (microwave made them soft), and a coffee machine! Jorge is quite responsive and accommodating. the apartment although is not big but it’s very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for 2 adults (probably with a child too as there is also another bed in the bedroom, but it’d be a bit tight for 4 people). The bed is very comfortable and with 2 AC in a small apartment definitely a nice plus! The location is perfect, right in the central, but tucked away in a quiet street. it’s worth noting for those who may need mobile assistance or with big luggages as guests will need to walk 2 floors up the stairs!

This apartment was beautifully decorated! The bed was super comfy and had everything we needed! The location was good with direct links to transport, does have a little shop next to the apartment too! The self-check in was very easy but had an initial problem with the pin lock but the host was very responsive and sorted this very quickly for us. There is a church directly opposite the apartment and the bells do ring between the hours of 7am-10pm hourly, so bring ear plugs!

We made it to the apartment later than we expected, however Helena was ok with us checking in early! She waited for us until we got there with fresh nata! The check in was very easy and she gave us a lot or tips where to go while in Porto! The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the required amenities! Thank you for having us

Estupendos anfitriones, atentos a ayudarnos en todo momento. Apartamento céntrico, muy espacioso, bien equipado y luminoso. Como punto de mejora: jabón de manos en el baño y colgador para la toalla de la ducha.

The place is great with breathtaking terrace view for a peaceful and relaxing stay although it does take some energy to climb up the hill to reach. The host was responsive, especially when I had some difficulty checking in on the first day. Overall, 5/5!

Excellent stay with group of friends. Location and facilities were fantastic. Responsive host, with very clear instructions, right in the heart of Porto. Would highly recommend as a base to stay for a city break or longer!

We vonden het een fijn verblijf. Mooie tuin met 's middags zon. Alles aanwezig in de woning. Perfecte locatie: dichtbij vele restaurants, winkels, bezienswaardigheden. We vonden alleen het bed wat hard liggen en wat smal, maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur. Ook is de woning wat gehorig door de houten vloeren, maar niet op een vervelende manier. Claudia reageerde snel bij vragen. Kortom, ik raad het verblijf iedereen aan.

Fiquei muito em dúvida na hora de reservar, pois tinha 2 crianças e muitas avaliações comentando sobre a rua barulhenta. De fato a rua é toda de baladas e fomos bem no carnaval, então era muito movimento, mas o apartamento tem janelas duplas que isola completamente o barulho. Foi muito tranquilo, o apartamento é lindo, muito confortável e espaçoso. Cozinha bem equipada, banheiros bons, tem lavanderia no prédio. E a localização é excelente.

Pedro was a great host, early check in was accommodated, he would respond with ease, his co worker helped us a lot with great local recommendations, the apartment was so clean with great air conditioning! We needed two bathrooms which were both really nice. Great balconies with a vibrant vibe outside of them. I highly recommend this apartment as it fit all our needs and had great response time from the host. There was a problem with the elevator one day & by the morning we saw Pedro in person responding to the problem which was fixed within seconds. I will definitely go back to this apartment if ever in Porto again. Saúde!

We had a fantastic stay in Porto! The apartment was perfect for our group of five friends—spacious and clean. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our host Susana was welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience even better. We felt right at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto!

Loved the 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, plus comfortable sofa bed in living room. Worked really well for our family of four and one friend. Great to have clothes washer, wish there had been just a small amount of laundry detergent so that I wouldn't have had to buy a whole box (which we left behind for future guests). Loved hanging my clothes out the window for the sun to dry! We were warned about the stairs up to the 3rd floor and Henrique's brother helped us carry up our big suitcase! Short walk to grocery store, great food court with lots of offerings and several delicious restuarants.

Location was perfect and apartment was just as shown. We enjoyed the outside space. Host Immediately responded when we could not figure out how to operate the TV! Definitely would stay there again.

Bien plus qu’un logement très agréable Sonia donne tous les conseils et bonnes adresses pour passer un magnifique séjour. Il contient tout le nécessaire, y compris machine à laver, lave vaisselle. Au top !! Je recommande.

A estadia foi muito boa, apesar de haver mais casas no espaço e o jacuzzi e a piscina serem comuns, tivémos sorte com os vizinhos e conseguimos desfrutar do espaço todo. O Tiago também foi sempre muito prestativo, a casa estava em excelentes condições e a estadia foi muito boa. Obrigado mais uma vez e até á próxima 😊

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

Very spacious and clean unit, friendly hosts, Porto was much better than I expected, beats Lisbon. 100% walkable to tourists attractions, great restaurants, stores, markets and so on. I would have loved to spend more time there.
