Kazdağları ve Assos arasında 450 metre yükseklik %30 nem oranı ile Çanakkale Hüseyinfakı da Ormanlarla çevrili evimize gelin huzurlu serin dingin günlerin keyfini çıkarın. Yaz ve Eylül Ekim deniz ılık ve muhteşemdir

Opposite her, the pine trees of İda Mountains and the sea view from the valley... In a geography with the highest amount of oxygen in the world after the Alps... Our stone building has been completely renovated with all new furniture and equipment. At the garden level, there are 2 rooms, one of which is a suite, with bathrooms and garden. There are fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, indoor, outdoor and semi-open terrace sections on the living room floor. There is gallery(loft) section above the hall.

Zemin ve mutfak tezgahı mikrobeton ile yapılmış olup eve farklı bir hava katmıştır. Gökçeadanın keyfini bu tarih ile modernliğin harmanlanmış evinde geçirmek isteyenler için tasarlanmıştır. Fotoğrafta görünen binanın üst katı. Arkada kendine özel bahçesi vardır. Alt katı ara ara ev sahibi olarak biz kullanıyoruz yaz aylarında.

Bahçe katı daire ve bahçe tamamen misafirlerimize aittir. Taş evin üst katı bağımsız yukarıdan girişi olan belirli zamanlarda aile bireylerinin konakladığı bir dairedir.

Bu huzurlu konaklama yerinde ailece dinlenebilirsiniz. Evimiz müstakil ve bahçelidir . Bahçesinde mangallık alan ve çocuklarınız oynayabileceği alan vardır. Evimizde klima yoktur. Fakat evimizin etrafı ağaçlık alan içerisinde bulunmaktadır. Serin ve rahattır. Tescil numarası 17-259
