Vacation rentals with lake access in Monte Verde

It was an amazing experience. Flawless place, clean, with products to maintain cleanliness, the option of a small fee to request cleaning. Because it is a region with many insects, they are careful to leave repellents but taken in spray. They respond quickly, always. Breakfast was a differentiator from other Chalets and is VERY worth it, all fresh, varied and delivered to the chalet door for you to consume at your leisure. Nothing but praise for this stay.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very clean (bedding smelling clean), the gas shower is excellent and heats up a lot with a large water flow, super quiet place, away but with quick and easy access to Capivari, about 8 to 12 minutes by car on a very quiet dirt road, the internet works very well, there was also drinking water available and bath towels. Check-in was super smooth, Eduardo was always available and helpful whenever we needed... check-out was super smooth too, we left at a convenient time without any pressure. Place more than recommended, thank you and a big hug.

I stayed only two days in the cottage, they were two precious days, where since we arrived we were very well received by Floriano, on the first night we talked about the basics and went to sleep, in the morning we went to see the surroundings of the house and we even reached the waterfall of the Henriques, I filmed the fall of the waterfall with more than twenty meters in height and a lot of water, I sent the videos to Floriano and whoever is interested just ask him, I reached a point where the fall is about eighty meters in height but at that point there was little water, at night we had a barbecue and Floriano stayed with us and there were many stories told. God is wonderful and I can only thank him.

The stay was perfect! Loreta and Nivaldo's support from the beginning was unparalleled. The chalet is fully equipped — full kitchen, barbecue area, internet and TV working super well. We love the breakfast and the rain muffin (lol). Maya, the little dog from space, is a princess: super gentle and cheerful. He came to greet us and got along really well with our little dog, who is sometimes 8 or 80 (laughs). The green area is beautiful, with a lot of peace and tranquility — a true refuge from the city.

We were pleasantly surprised by the place, the house was very comfortable and clean. Top-quality utensils and furniture. We felt at home. The details made all the difference. The hosts' communication and care were excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing space to enjoy a beautiful region! Everything was impeccable during our family's stay at Sandra's place. From the initial communications, instructions and tips, and also during the stay. We were greeted with a wonderful cornmeal muffin and a bottle of coffee. Very cozy and well-equipped environments, clean, lots of nature, tranquility and plenty of space to rest. I recommend it!

I wish I could give 6 or 7 stars. I had a problem with my car when I arrived in the city. The caretaker promptly helped me, even though it wasn't his obligation, he took his car and went there to help me. I was with 3 women in the car. I couldn't thank you enough. Now speaking of Lilian's place, excellent apartment. Close to the center but reserved with extreme silence next door, a beautiful view. Outside the condominium, organized, safe. It became the first option when I return to the city.

The accommodation served us for the weekend, the cottages are far from the center, but if you have a vehicle you can go, at night be careful on the road that is two-way. The cottage was as advertised, and breakfast, although simple, was delicious, and could be outdoors. Great and quiet place for those who want to rest from the noise of the city in contact with nature. Educated and helpful employees.

It's hard to express the Gratitude of spending these wonderful days in this amazing place. We felt very welcomed and at home. Mrs. Eliana and Mr. Carlos are wonderful people, we were so happy to have chosen this magical place. We'll definitely be back more often.

It was the second time we stayed at Thiago's house. The place is fantastic, beautiful and, above all, very private. The house offers everything we need to spend a quiet weekend with the family, with six people. The environments are clean, and the condominium has several activities in the midst of nature. For those looking for a getaway, this is the ideal place. The combination of the cold, the fireplace and the fire makes the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and we will definitely be back a third time!

Ana is a lovely person, she received me very well, gave me tips on where to visit and was always very proactive. Casa Toca is a very cozy place, very well decorated, very beautiful, equipped kitchen and is right in the middle of the mountains. Beautiful to see at dawn. Access is very easy, there is a dirt road but it is very quiet, a wide street with a lot of gravel. The pool is in the mountains and is very cold, lol, we had the courage to enter only on the last day. But the stay was delightful. My parents loved the place too.

Easy to find, I didn't find it so far from SP, the accommodation is the same as the photos, quiet, calm and peaceful place, clean and fragrant house, very complete, we didn't miss any kitchen utensils, very complete! Excellent location, in a very private and quiet area. I highly recommend it for nature lovers and those who appreciate beautiful scenery and value comfort. House located approximately 30 minutes from Gonçalves, on a dirt road but with easy access. Very clean house, well equipped and very cozy atmosphere, I would definitely come back.

Excellent weekend, very well enjoyed. The house and the place itself are lush. There the person feels in a world apart because you use absolute silence day and night, only hear the songs of animals. The house has excellent quality drinking water available, which is already a differential because it indicates that the region is very well preserved. During the night, with lanterns we observed a hare cub and a possum walking freely. In addition, we buy some of the items from Dona Zezé such as fresh milk, colonial cheese, eggs of freezing hens and firewood to enjoy the place even more. Super indico and would return for sure, it was well worth it.

Casa in excellent condition , large, clean , Lucineia that attended us helpful, It was all within the expected. One tip to value the place more would be to have a nespresso and an airfryer, which currently facilitates a lot and adds positive items for those who can stay in this facility.
