Everything's great. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and their pool. Almost perfect except for the water. It was salty and sourced from a deep well. But overall, it was still a good deal. Food was great. Big serving and affordable. Kids love it too! This was not our 1st time, we still keep on visiting esp that it's walking distance from the famous Sulangan Church.

The place is clean, it has a great view of the beach. I really love its location because you can view sunrise from this place. The staffs were accomodating.

Great secluded resort in Sulangan, Giuan, right beside the beach. Very near St Anthony de Padua church and surfing point in Calicoan. Santorini room was very nice and spacious. Host was very customer friendly. Definitely recommended.

My husband and I arrived at 11 pm and messaged Giovanni here to check-in. He replied in just a couple of minutes. The room we stayed in was comfy and homey. Lots of space for even a family of 6, with a hammock and seats on the veranda to rest and chat at after a swim. Breakfast at their restaurant right in front of the beach was very relaxing and very conducive for priceless and memorable conversations. The small pool is a nice place to let small kids swim while the adults were eating and relaxing. Great view of the beach and really cool even on a sunny day. Parking was no problem either. Their food is really good with ample servings. The owners also give good suggestions on which places to visit. Their place is like coming back to an ancestral home by the beach to have fun and recharge before going back to your daily grind. Would be great to return with our kids for a longer stay.

Had a wonderful time at Giovanni's! He and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, including hooking me up with a local to help me explore the island and its history! Food was delicious, staff was attentive, and amenities were excellent. If you are staying in East Leyte, especially Guiuan, this is the place!

the host is very responsive and can communicate well to such me , a foreign guest. she gave us options which is quite better and gave discounts as well. Room was spacious , has living area where there is TV and a spacious space to watch or entertain guests if May have. Toilet is nice as well, with rain shower that my partner loves a lot. Has fridge to store our cold drinks, has utensils provided. we requested electric kettle and a hair blower and the host had provided. we rented CAR which is very convenient to use, has a secured parking spot as well. WiFi was great. the view is super b on rooftop, and my partner loves the plants..
