Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Çalıca Mahallesi

This is a very beautiful place, very spacious and the outdoor space is so peaceful with lemon and almond trees. The stay was made more worthwhile by the wonderful host, who is always available and ever so kind. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a stay in Fethiye.

Staying at Fatih’s villa was an absolute dream. The place was phenomenal! even better than we expected. Beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. Fatih was an exceptional host. so kind, thoughtful, and always available if we needed anything. His attention to detail and hospitality really made our stay extra special. We felt completely taken care of. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you’re lucky enough to find it available — book it! We would come back in a heartbeat.

Baris was a great host and the villa is perfect for a stay in Kayakoy. The rooftop pool was very clean and had a great view. The restaurants in the village are a 15 minute walk away and the taxi service Baris recommended was always very timely when requested. I would definitely recommend staying here. On top of the villa being great Baris was also a very helpful host, he even helped us order dinner when we arrived which was incredibly thoughtful after we had a long day of travel.

Orhan Bey eve girdiğimiz ilk andan çıkışımıza kadar ilgi ve alakasıyla aklınıza gelebilecek her konuda müthiş ilgiliydi, evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey en ufak ayrıntıya kadar zevkle seçilmiş,ev fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha hoş gerek konumu gerek evin güzelliği gerek ev sahibinin ilgisiyle kesinlikle beş yıldız! araştırma aşamasında olanlara şiddetle tavsiyemizdir :)

Traumhafte, etwas abgelegene Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Ayhan hat immer sehr schnell reagiert, wenn wir Fragen oder Anmerkungen hatten. Sind vollkommen zufrieden! Ein Auto ist in der Gegend jedoch notwendig.

Konaklama sürecinden çok memnun kaldık ev çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Sevinç hanım çok ilgili bir ev sahipliği yaptı. Sadece duş başlığından az su geliyordu umuyorum ki bu sorun giderilir.

Ailemle birlikte tek gecelik bir konaklamaydı ama iyi ki burayı tercih etmişiz. Ev de misafir için her şey düşünülmüş kendimizi evimizde hissettik. Ev sahibi mesajlara hızlı cevap verdi ve bizimle iletişimi çok iyiydi. Bahçesi çok geniş ve kullanışlı hatta spor yapmak isteyenler için kondisyon bisikleti bile var bahçede. Biz çok beğendik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. MEHMET CAGRI BEYE ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Alles war wirklich perfekt! Die Lage war gut und es gab ein kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und der wir hatten wirklich einen sehr sehr freundlichen Empfang, der uns alle wichtigen Informationen und Sehenswürdigkeiten um Ölüdeniz mitgeteilt hat. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen etwas eng aber dennoch ausreichend.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir haben noch einen Tag im Nachgang verlängert, weil die Unterkunft so toll war wollten wir nicht weg. Die Gastgeber sind mega freundlich und zuvorkommend und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Unser Check in funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber, was uns am meisten gefallen hat. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, es war alles vorhanden was man in einem Sommerhaus benötigt. Die Lage des Apartments was sehr zentral gelegen und man erreichte zu Fuß mehrere Supermärkte innerhalb wenige Minuten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Garten, der sehr hübsch eingerichtet war, mit ganz vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle Gäste. Am Abend hatte man eine besonders schöne Atmosphäre im Garten, diese war sogar mit einem Grill ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum mit allem überdurchschnittlich zufrieden. Ich würde diese wunderbare Unterkunft mit vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Danke für die tolle Zeit wir kommen wieder!

As far as AirBnB places, this apartment is tops - immaculately clean, well equipped, roomy, light and bright. We loved it! Hosts Emine and Niyazi were very generous, treating us like old friends, we felt so comfortable. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator and it is right near a mosque that has a very loud call to prayer - but that's part of the local experience. In easy walking distance is a Migros supermarket, a selection of good restaurants and, on Fridays (and maybe Tuesday??) one of the best farmer's markets you will see - whatever you do, don't walk past the gozleme stand on the corner. Highly recommended- outstanding.

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, site ve çevre çok güvenli ve aileye uygun. Dairede tüm eşyalar mevcut, ayrıca Oğuz bey çok sıcakkanlı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu gözlemlediğimiz kadarıyla yazlık villaların bulunduğu bir muhit ve dolayısıyla biraz şehir merkezinden uzak. Biz seyahatimizde dolmuşları kullandık. 4 dakika mesafede bir dolmuş durağı var ve oradan şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak harika bir konaklamaydı, oğuz beye tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz..

Logement mieux que sur les photos, agréable séjour, Mme Deniz est très sympathique, les instructions pour arriver au logement très claires. La plage accessible avec transport public en 10 minutes ( même sans voiture) Tout à proximité Résidence impeccable Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine

Temiz, elit, güvenli ve çok rahat bir tesisti. Deniz kenarında olması, önünden araba geçmemesi, çevresindeki restoranlar mekanların çeşitliliği, her şey çok iyiydi.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

This is the best place we have ever stay in Fethiye for my 10 years experience! Without exaggeration!I have never met such nice people and absolutely hospitable ones.We came with my mom and 9 years old daughter and spent amazing days in Korhan’s place. We had everything we needed! Cleanliness, coziness, warmth and comfort. Honestly, i worried about kitchen (but u have all at home from spoon to coffe machine-really all), weather was raining all days and I worried home can be cold(BUT there is a floor heater system), safety and neighbours ( BUT i met the warmest and lovely neighbours ) ALL was perfect and predicted in advance .This place is a heaven for listening birds in the morning, drinking coffee in terrace, enjoying peaceful nature and feeling as u are home! We were also pleased with an early check-in and late check out!I just have nothing to compare it with any place in Fethiye. In conclusion: Perfect location, 24/7 support from Korhan, easy instructions, modern cozy home!THANKYou
