Huge living room and dining room area. A large balcony with a million dollar view. The unit would be great for a large family and kids. Also, this would be nice for a guys golf trip since it is right nexts to a golf course. Highly recommend that all visitors identification be submitted you registered to avoid misunderstanding. I would recommend this unit due to its location, large spaces, host response, good security and million dollar views.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb in Medellín for a week, and it exceeded all my expectations. The property looked even more stunning in person, with beautifully appointed spaces that made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, the true highlight was the house manager, Lucy. She was the heart of our experience, going above and beyond to ensure we were well-fed and comfortable throughout our visit. Lucy kept the house immaculate and was a constant source of warmth and kindness, treating my family and me like one of her own. Her nurturing spirit made our stay truly special. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, particularly with Lucy there to make your experience unforgettable!

The building, one of Medellín’s finest (featured in *Architectural Digest*), ensured peaceful nights, perfect for deep sleep. The unit was immaculate, matching the listing exactly, with thoughtful touches like blackout curtains and a well-equipped kitchen. A grocery store 3 minutes away added convenience. Its quiet neighborhood contrasts beautifully with its prime accessibility: Provenza’s restaurants and Poblado’s amenities are minutes by foot or taxi/uber. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Ideal for travelers seeking a serene retreat without sacrificing proximity to the city’s best. Highly recommend!

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Ivan was great, responsive and generally a nice guy. The unit itself is very unique, spacious and comfortable. Great indoor outdoor use of space. It’s loud at night because the apartment is just at the top of the strip. but with white noise it’s all good. Location is very central to the nice part of Medellín. Great spot overall. Everyone was happy

I’ve stayed in this apartment several times now, and honestly, it gets better every time. On this last trip, I spent nearly a month in Colombia and had an amazing time. The apartment is excellent in every way. It’s very well equipped, comfortable, clean, bright, and located in a perfect area to get around the city easily. You can tell there’s great attention to detail—from the decor to the functionality of the space. At this point, it really feels like home whenever I return. Communication with the host is always quick and clear, which makes the entire experience smooth and worry-free. It’s a place where you can work, relax, and enjoy yourself with total comfort. Without a doubt, this is a 5-star apartment. I fully recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Colombia. This place was absolutely amazing. We will make it a point to visit this place more often. Everything was perfect. Sandra is a great host. The views from this place were incredible. Do yourself a favor and rent this place. And let me also mention that the beds were super comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Overall a great experience. It's gonna be a 10 out of 10 for me

Loved this place! went there with my mom for a few days, and we loved it. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars, tourist places near by. 5 minutes from the "Zona Rosa" in Medellin which is perfect if its your first time visiting. Not to mention the view from the apt was insane. Totally worth it!! The apt itself had everything we needed it and more. Definitely recommend this place 100%. Very safe to walk around and enjoy your day/ or evening walks. Will deff consider going back. Thanks Cesar

My stay was wonderful. The apartment itself was spotless and very modern. GREAT views off the balcony and from the shower window. It’s also walking distance to restaurants, a mall, Bodytech & action black gyms & the restaurant/bar downstairs is actually great too. Susana was also a good host. Very responsive and attentive. She was able to extend my stay after I missed my flight. Overall recommend this spot.

Estuvimos unos días en familia en la ciudad de Medellín que fueron maravillosos y estos se complementaron con este espectacular apartamento. Este hospedaje cuenta con todos los servicios, elementos y comodidades para sentirse como en casa. Es un apartamento para disfrutar con grandes y chicos, es seguro, espacioso y el conjunto cuenta con áreas comunes en excelente estado que se pueden disfrutar si lo deseas. Nos gustó mucho las excelentes vías de acceso, las facilidades de compra por los centros comerciales cerca, así como supermercados para todos los gustos. Los anfitriones fueron muy atentos y su respuesta fue inmediata, desde las indicaciones de ingreso hasta la entrega. El apartamento es una excelente opción que sin lugar a dudas tomaríamos nuevamente.

Está ubicado en una zona de bonito paisaje, buen clima, cálido en el día, frío en la noche. Fuimos seis personas y nos ubicamos bien en los tres cuartos. Es cerca a la vía principal y una parte del tramo de acceso es destapado pero en buen estado. Fue un óptimo descanso disfrutando la naturaleza y comodidades de la casa como la piscina y el juego de billar.

I was very fortunate to stay in this lovely penthouse for six weeks. I particularly loved the perfect, quiet and safe location, the airy and open space of the loft, the super friendly staff (i.e. security guards) and the very accommodating hosts, Uber and Gladys. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. We could easily walk to the Poblado metro station, the Exitó store, the Sunday market on Poblado street and the mini-market store across the street. Thank you Uber!
