My friends and I stayed at Jessica's farm because we are from another state and went to an event at a nearby farm. The makeup artist went there to make up the girls and loved the place! Really, the place is really cool! People really liked the Standup padle and the kayak Jessica makes available for us to use! If it wasn't for the event, the staff would certainly have stayed at the dam all day. There is a foosball table in the lounge. The mattresses are new. There are 2 or 3 big TVs in the house, but we don't even use it. There is a fan in the living room and another in the suite. To the warmth, I advise you to take it, as the ones you have there are fixed. They had few cutlery. Like most of us eaten at different times, we had no problem with that. But anyone who is going to eat with a lot of people sitting at the table at the same time, TB I advise you to take it! In the listing, if I'm not mistaken, it says it has 3 bathrooms, but it's 4! (2 inside the house , with shower, and 2 in the barbecue area, no shower). Jessica and her husband are very kind and she answered all the questions through Whatsapp! It was a very good experience! If you ever come back to SBC, I'd love to stay there again!

Congratulations to Ellen, the house is just like the pictures and as he describes it, a very organized and cozy environment, very close to a lot of shops and markets. Very transparent and flexible for check-in and check-out. Her place is so beautiful, everyone liked it!! I hope to come back more often, God willing. I recommend with full eyes!!

Very quiet place with a great view of the Guarapiranga dam, my girlfriend and I visit frequently. I highly recommend it!
