We loved the proximity to the ocean, the pools, the view from the unit and the outdoor seating area next to the beach. We also enjoyed watching surfers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, it was a really nice house and perfect for our small family. And great to have your own swimming pool in the backyard. We enjoyed the access to all that Quivira has to offer. We ate dinner at the market most nights and spent a day at the resort pool as well as the beach. The host/property manager was especially helpful and responsive. Through them, we booked our transfer to/from the airport, rented a crib, arraigned for travel into town, and rented a golf cart. A golf cart or rental car is a necessity, as the Quivira development is very large. Will definitely be back!!

For a large group looking to enjoy Cabo San Lucas, I can't imagine a better place to stay. The space was so beautiful we would have been happy spending our entire vacation at the property! BUT with it being so central it was easy walking to all of the sites, restaurants, and excursions we had planned during our stay. Highly recommend booking the shuttle service for easy travel to and from the airport. Some notes: the pool and hot tub were not filtered upon our arrival, but cleared up by day 2. The hot water in the showers was unpredictable at times.

Casa Girasol is a very well designed and maintained property. It’s peaceful and private with scenic views and spacious patio seating. Howard and Chris proactively contact you to be of assistance for whatever you might need. G*^%gle maps initially led us to the wrong location on some unknown error and Chris was on the phone with us immediately helping to sort it out in a few minutes. The parking area is huge and freshly graveled at the end of road. All the appliances, internet and television worked flawlessly. We prefer to roast and freshly grind our own coffee beans for example and to our surprise we had everything we needed in the kitchen! It’s close enough to the beach that we chose to walk even with our chairs and so forth in tow. And I caught fish right off the beach!

The host (Anna and Miguel) are very responsive and helpful. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which made it easier for our family especially with my dad is on the wheelchair. Anna is very helpful, greeted us when we checked in, show us the property and gave clear instruction to all the appliances. She is also very knowledgeable of the area and would give us recommendation to what we want to do. She is very accommodation to our need (let us drop off our luggages before check-in time, allow us to check out late when it is possible so my dad who is on a wheelchair did not have to wondering around the neighborhood while waiting for our drive to the airport and flight). The location of the property is convenient, about 3 miles from downtown/Marina ($5-10 uber ride). It is also close to Costco (less than 1 mile) so it was easy for us to get our grocery and other supply for the week. It is also walkable distance to a mini-mart, oxxo, gelato place. I would write more.

Very safe and quiet, ideal for resting. You must have a vehicle to be able to get around from the apartment. Search Waze or GoogleMaps for Camino Del Mar, El Tezal, otherwise it sends you to another location.

Our stay was great, the locations is walking distant to the beach and had a beautiful view and pool. We were traveling for a wedding at the Cape hotel and our stay was just as great and significantly more affordable. The space had everything we needed and we slept comfortably each night. Highly recommend this place for your travels to Cabo.

Lynn was proactive and provided clear instructions that made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The place was spectacular—perfectly located and ideal for families or groups. It was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. I would return without hesitation and truly appreciate Lynn for always being attentive and available throughout our stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Everything was brand new and impeccably clean, making it a truly comfortable experience. As others have mentioned, this condo is even better than pictured! There are 3 huge bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms), and 2 separate living rooms. It was perfect for myself and my 2 teens, because I work online and my kids need and like space. I would also stay here with a larger group, because there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The home is stocked with everything one might need for a short or long-term stay. The views are incredible, and the pool is warm and clean. The location is great because it's away from town, in a quiet residential area. We walked and took Ubers into town, which cost a few dollars per ride. The host was very proactive, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely rent this condo next time we're in San Jose. Totally worth it!

This is a great location, two hundred metres from the beach and very close to restaurants and grocery shopping. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are quality pots and pans if you want to cook. The layout of the unit allowed lots of sunshine in the living room and sufficient light in the kitchen and dining area. The bedroom is in the middle of the apartment and is dark and quiet for sleeping. There is a security enclosure around the porch, which I found perfect for drying wetsuits and kitesurfing equipment. Also, there is an outdoor shower and hose for removing wetsuits and rinsing equipment to minimise sand inside the unit. I was a long-stay guest and was pleased to find that a cleaner was sent around weekly and the 20-litre water jug was replaced. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay and have already booked a future trip.
