Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

Yassine’s place was just the perfect spot if you’re looking for a spacious and peaceful home to relax at. Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Yassine is a wonderful, and communicative host, looking forward to coming back to his place sooner than later!

Nawal was an amazing host, she made us feel like home. We really liked the house, super clean and cozy. The location was perfect, really close to the beach and restaurants etc.. I will definitely recommend Nawal as a host and i would definitely come back to hers.

I had a wonderful stay at Bouchra's Triplex! The place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. Bouchra was incredibly understanding and flexible, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The house is beautiful. Immense in the greenery and with a breathtaking view! Everything is super. Ratiba is very kind and always super helpful.

Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place matches the description. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family. Beautiful stay at Mr. Yassine's. The apartment was clean and well located with a magnificent pool view. Mr. Yassine was very responsive and answered all our questions at all times Recommended 10/10.

Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

The prettiest view ever , loved the fact that once u see through every window all u see is nature , not to forget the city lights at night , definitely coming back , and the host was very friendly and nice

It was perfect for our stay in Cabo Negro. The listing is in a gated and secure residence. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. The pool is clean and supervised. The garden is beautiful. I would highly recommend it. I will definitely book again

Omar was great from the start and anattentive host that made checking in seamless. The apartment was fantastic and comfortable with all possible amenities available. Hakim helped us check in and was superb as well. The host Omar gave us a call and explained everything and offered to tell us all the local family spots for food and swimming. The complex itself was superb with 24hr security, underground parking and a choice of great swimming pools as well as cafes and restaurants for great breakfast and meals. I will definitely return if we are lucky enough to find Omars place available. Five stars a minimum.

personally very friendly Hamza treats us super well. The very nice house has all the things you need the complex super well for the holidays I want to come back next year inchaallah.
