Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Burgau

We had a wonderful stay at Antonio and Filipas place in Carapateira. The location was perfect for exploring the stunning west coast of the Algarve – close to beautiful beaches and surrounded by nature. The apartment had everything we needed, with great amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. Mornings on the terrace were a highlight – enjoying breakfast in the sunshine was the perfect way to start the day. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Antonio and Filippa were excellent hosts – I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und von der kleinen Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Bei Rückfragen war Sophie auch während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit für uns erreichbar, war hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Tipps versorgt. Aljezur ist eine schöne Kleinstadt und hat alles, was man braucht. Gerade mal eine Gehminute entfernt gibt es eine hervorragende kleine Bäckerei und eine neapolitanische Pizzeria. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Had a wonderful 5-day stay as a 30s friend group - the house is absolutely stunning, and felt like a real luxury. It's only about an hour's drive from Faro Airport, AC was great, kitchen really well stocked even for a bit group and the outdoor area / BBQ were ideal! It's in a peaceful neighbourhood (up a massive hill!) and far enough from the other houses to feel private. It was super easy to Uber into Lagos for only €5-7 euros each way - drivers weren't at all daunted by the location, and are fearless with the tiny old town streets in Lagos proper! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking to explore the Algarve :)

Brilliant layout- just a beautiful, clean, new, modern property. Amazing view. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. Kids LOVED the game room and pool. There is a trail behind the house so as you are laying at the pool there are hikers walking close by non-stop. This is the only negative thing I can possibly come up with. We loved walking down to the several very good restaurants in town. The beach is fantastic. Sunsets from the roof were gorgeous. Parking was easy. 10 out of 10!

Sara's place is the best place to stay in Lagos!! First, lets talk location: The location is unbeatable - you are in the HEART of Old Town Lagos, yet it's quiet and peaceful when sleeping at night. You are literally a 5 minute walk down any Old Town street to a cafe, bakery, restaurant, shop, whatever adventure awaits you. The place itself: It feels like home! The first floor is a quaint kitchen with a living room, couch, and TV. You go up the stairs to a nice private bathroom and bedroom. Having two floors really makes it feel like a home and not something like a studio apartment. The heat works great (needed for a Dec-Jan stay hah), everything was squeaky clean, plenty of dishes/cups for eating, a good sized 4 person dining table in the kitchen. The host: Sara is fantastic to work with! She is super communicative and accommodating. If I'm ever back in Lagos, I won't even look for another place to stay - this place is the best!

Claudia’s cottage was so beautiful and comfortable!! We loved the outdoor terrace and spent a lot of time out there. The cottage was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect and walkable to all of the main attractions in Lagos and tons of restaurants and shops. Claudia had a cooler bag, beach towels and umbrellas for us to use which we used almost everyday at the beaches. She also provided a very detailed list of recommendations of shops and restaurants and they were spot on! We went to quite a few of the restaurants and they were all amazing. Claudia had very detailed instructions on check in/check out and made the process very easy. We would 100% recommend staying here if you’re wanting to stay in Lagos, it was a perfect stay!

Nous avons choisi le logement de Marcella puisqu’il était très beau et peu cher. Cependant, nous étions assez éloigné de la ville de Lagos, là où nous voulions visiter. Habituellement, il est assez facile de se trouver des taxis, mais puisque le logement se trouve loin, il est plus difficile d’avoir accès à des moyens de transport rapides comme les taxis. L’autobus passe juste en bas de la rue, mais il faut s’assurer des heures. Cependant, si vous êtes en voyage pour prendre le temps de vous reposer et d’avoir l’esprit sain, le logement est parfait pour se détendre et être loin de la foule. Peu de restaurant et un seul petit marché. Nous sommes allé à une plage qui se trouvait à 25 minutes de marche de l’appartement, un chemin assez robuste (je ne recommande pas avec des enfants). La plage était magnifique, mais c’est une plage de nudistes, alors si vous n’êtes pas alaise avec cela, ce n’est pas la meilleure idée. Le logement était parfait, propre et Marcella était super gentille!

Pedro's place is absolutely beautiful, with a grand vista of the ocean! It's clean and convenient and we loved it!

This was our fourth stay with Sara, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect! The place is always spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Sara is a fantastic host—warm, helpful, and always available if needed. We truly feel at home every time we visit. 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt! We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended!

Lagos was gorgeous and the apartment location was perfect for exploring. The heat/ac worked well and the apartment was exactly as described/pictured. Paulo was great about letting me know when the apartment was ready and gave very clear instructions for getting inside. I did have a hard time getting the door opened at first, human error on my part, and messaged Paulo who offered to be there in 10 minutes. Luckily I was able to figure it out but it was great knowing he was so close. I wish my stay had been longer! I will definitely be back!

Cristina’s place was exactly what we wanted! The rooftop overlooking the town/a view of the ocean was amazing! There is no elevator but you get used to the stairs! There is a shared garden that has a pool and lemon trees it’s straight out of a fairy tale! It’s very walkable to old town lots of shops, restaurants and bars! There are a lot of beach’s you can walk to also ! She also set up a pack and play for my baby and had a high chair! Her apartment is decorated beautifully and looks better than the pictures! The rooftop is where we spent most nights! She does have a parking spot reserved next to the apartment which is convenient! This is a perfect place to stay while in Lagos we loved it and will be back thank you Cristina!

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, Pool gleich hinter dem Haus,, ruhig, Garten schön angelegt und gepflegt. Toller Pellet Ofen bei Gelegenheit nutzen kann. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, immer wieder gerne.

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the accommodation very much. Everything was as described and we especially appreciated the great position, close to the sea and the city. The communication was always fast, very supportive and very friendly. Thank you very much!!

The apartment was lovely and in a great location only a short walk to the pool, restaurant and very close to loads of lovely beaches. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

We've stayed in a few places in Prainha and this was by far the best. The location is perfect, and the listing itself really lovely. Everything you need for a week self catering.

Me and some family members were lucky to find this villa for my sisters wedding. The check in was very easy as a key was left in a lockbox upon our arrival. The villa is even more beautiful in person and has an amazing view of the sunset at night from the garden. The pool was perfect temperature and the garden has the sun from morning till night. The kitchen has everything you would need. And the bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds. I would highly recommend staying at this villa if you’re looking for somewhere to stay a stones throw away from the town centre but just far enough out to enjoy the beautiful view and peace. This house was the perfect place for a family get away. We had 6 adults and a toddler and everyone had their own space and the kitchen was perfect for breakfast and dinners. The outside area is prestige with multiple places to sit, eat and hang out. The walking trails near by are great for morning strolls and exploring the coastline. Two of the prettiest spots in town are just down the street from the house and old town is very much walkable. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Vila G, Mira Luz was all that we had hoped it would be. The stunning views were not hard to take every morning over coffee. The accommodations were very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to the beach and the little shops/restaurants. The area was quiet and well maintained with a gated community to feel safe and secure. We even survived the blackout ! Thank you for hospitality would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Casa de Migges - one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. It was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home and loved that we were able to cook, do laundry, and enjoy the pool. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were modern and spacious, and the neighbourhood was cozy and quiet. We also loved that each room had air conditioning that worked beautifully and was not noisy. A perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again. Caroline was wonderfully responsive and friendly. Thank you Caroline!!

Stefani and Nicolai’s place was beyond our expectations. The photos really don’t do justice. Their place was super spacious and fit our group of 7 perfectly. The decorations were perfect for the space and the kitchen is well stocked incase you’re looking to dine in and enjoy the excellent pool space. Stefani and Nicolai were also amazing hosts and answered all our questions in a timely manner. They even helped us with an issue we had as we had forgotten some items back at the Airbnb and they’ve been nothing but helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Praia de Luz next time!!

Das Haus ist ein richtiges Kleinod und David ein super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und konnten uns toll erholen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich, der wunderschön bepflanzte Hof mit kleinem Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein und alles strahlt eine angenehme Ruhe aus. Die Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind ein Traum und dank der guten Tipps sind wir auch kulinarisch voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Alles in allem: 5 von 5 Sternen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
