Замечательная квартира. Владелец встретил в аэропорту. Мы предупредили что будем с двумя малышами и нам подготовили два стульчика для кормления, наборы детской посуды и целый шкаф игрушек и книжек. Есть детская кроватка, ванночка, детское банное полотенце, увлажнитель воздуха. Много дополнительных комплектов постельного белья и полотенец. Есть все необходимое чтобы ходить на пляж: зонтики, пледы, маски, игрушки для пляжа. Кухня просторная и в ней есть абсолютно все что может понадобиться для приготовления пищи и сервировки. Обеденный стол очень большой, удобные стулья. Отдельно отмечу элемент заботы о гостях - бутылка воды, тарелка фруктов, чай, сахар, чтобы отдохнуть, перекусить после дороги. Расположение квартиры отличное. Сразу возле нескольких супермаркетов, пешком до моря, под окном остановка общественного транспорта, рядом много ресторанов и кафе, близко два рынка и красивый вид с балкона. Рекомендую остановиться в этой квартире, особенно если путешествуете с детьми.

Arzu Hanımın içtenliği, sıcaklığı bizi çok iyi hissettirdi. Evin her köşesi ayrı güzellikte enerjiler veriyor. Evde ki huzurdan dışarı çıkası gelmiyor insanın. Temizlik ise mükemmel ötesi. Her türlü ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak şeyler elimizin altındaydı. Eşine ve kendisine sevgilerimizle. Bahçenin keyfini çıkarabileceğimiz günlere Arzu Hanımcım. Yine yeniden görüşmek dileğiyle...

We had a great time at this villa, felt like own home. Emir arranged free airport transportation for us which was very helpful. The villa is spacious, clean and secure. the caretaker is also very nice behaviour. Though he has difficulties in communicating in English, he could manage well and always available. The pool is very nice and clean. The treadmill was not operational so we didn't use. The TT , basketball and other facilities are nice . Lots of plants around the villa which makes the house more beautiful. All kitchen appliances and cookware available. We are satisfied and will recommend this property to others as well

Отличный вариант квартиры напротив шикарной, прогулочной набережной. Мы остались очень довольны данной квартирой: было чисто, максимально заполнена кухня, ванные принадлежности, лучше , чем в 5-ти звездночном отеле) мы останавливались большой семьей из двух пар и одного ребенка, у хозяина было подготовлено все для комфортного проживания, уютный балкон, где можно проводить часами за разговорами и любоваться видами, до моря буквально 1 минута ходьбы. Внизу у дома есть маркет, работающий круглые сутки, кафешки, рестораны, все под рукой. Однозначно рекомендуем и благодарим за размещение 🤗

New apartment equipped with everything you need for an excellent stay. Very clean with spacious living room and comfortable rooms. Beautiful terraces where you can enjoy your coffee or tea in a relaxing environment. The apartment was beyond my expectations and the host was very helpful. We were not disturbed for a moment during the 6 days of vacation. Thank you very much for the hospitality of Mr. Ahmet and I recommend it with confidence to those looking for a pleasant, comfortable and soothing place.

The apartment was very comfotable and very clean. The apartment was in a quiet place, but close to everything(it's a 10m walk to the 5m migros and about a 25m walk to the beach).Kagan is very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here next time.

Appartment was really clean, and just like in pictures. Sadly the outdoor swimming pool was not open (I think becase the lowseason), mut it was okay because the indoor pool was really nice. Sinan always answered quickly and helped when we needed. Thank you, if we ever come back to Turkey, we come back here! :)

Modern apartment complex with great facilities (gym, outdoor pool, elevator). The apartment itself was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Communication with the host and staff at the apartment building was smooth and everyone was super helpful. There are lots of shops around the building and a supermarket nearby. There are not too many good restaurants around the apartment, however there are kitchen utensils so you are able to prepare food on your own. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely to go there again.
