Villa vacation rentals in Buna River

We had a lovely stay at the villas, the hot tub and terrace were fantastic! We had some bad weather during our stay and was pleased to be able to enjoy some dinner on the premises from the pool bar. Location was close to national park and kotor town but best to have a car to get around. Plenty of parking and stunning views, bed was comfortable & apartment had all the facilities we needed for a short stay. Would definitely return!

Ivo was really friendly, responsive and approachable. He provided a welcome platter on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Arrived early and Ivo kindly dropped us off at a local restaurant and picked us up after, really kind, hospitable host. The villa itself was just the same as the pictures, location was very quiet and peaceful, local bakery walking distance and the Verandah restaurant highly recommended. Small supermarket also walking distance away to pick up essentials. Villa only 20 to 25 minutes from old town Dubrovik. Mihaela also arranged day trip tours and airport transfers which all worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

Budimir and his son run an incredible place. They made us feel at home instantly. There is also a private restaurant that is just for the AirBnB. The table set up by the sea is unreal. 100000% recommend.

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

We spent 8 wonderful nights at the villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of town. With a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening you can watch the sunsets. There are several beaches within walking distance. To the old town 10 min walk. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Great host, told everything, gave instructions for leisure in Ulcinj. We are very happy.

Ivica was spectacular from the start of our booking. He went above and beyond. He welcomed us to his lovely home that was beyond our dreams. The view was amazing. All the different hang out areas were great for our family. The hot tub and pool view blew our mind. Ivica and his family were so welcoming and gave us fresh produce from their garden, coffee, milks, and different food items. He was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations for everything in the area. I wish I could have stayed forever. I will come back again and recommend all my friends and family to stay. You won’t be disappointed with this home. Croatia stole my heart. I can’t wait to come back.

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

1000 characters is not enough for my review of this place and Andrea. First, the pictures do not do the house any justice. The house and Andrea are just beyond! She did not spare any details. It’s hands down the best AirBnB experience I’ve EVER had. I’ve never felt so at home and did I mention the house is absolutely gorgeous? She even had a ramp built that goes to the second floor so we didn’t have to lug all of our luggage up the stairs—just genius and so thoughtful! Her beautiful smiling face met us upon arrival with a bottle of wine and chocolates. The fridge was stocked with goodies and the kitchen had absolutely everything! Her appliances were top of the line and the linens were luxurious. Toiletries in every bathroom—even toothbrushes! She thought of everything. It was like staying at a 5-star hotel but better. She had all the recommendations you can think of. Didn’t want to leave is an understatement. She even had parting gifts for us! If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

We had a fantastic stay! Lukśa was extremely responsive and helpful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Pool was lovely! Only downside was the construction going on next door that woke us up some mornings around 630/7 am and a crane was obstructing part of the view. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and being right on the sea made it all feel extra special. Getting into town was easy with taxis, Ubers, or even the local bus, but honestly, we loved just relaxing at the house! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Katarina and her family. She went above and beyond—helping us find a phenomenal private chef, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being so warm and generous with her time. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend—this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Vojo was a fantastic host. The apartment has an absolutely incredible view and is a perfect location- an easy walk into town but away from the crowds.

Nick was an amazing host. The host met us when we arrived and was helpful both before and during the stay, with tips on restaurants, activities, etc. for the best stay. The house has everything you want and the location is amazing. Kayaks, bikes and fully equipped kitchen, etc. There are some genuine restaurants in the area, Gym, grocery stores and salons. Uber smoothly into town in about 15 minutes for sightseeing. Can highly recommend this villa that Nicke rents out, a safe card! Enjoy😃

Villa perfectly matched the description, very available and kind host, ideal house for EVJF etc (but maybe not for a peaceful holiday if noisy neighbors because the gardens are open), host flexible as to arrival time and responded directly for recommendations etc.

The house is taken care of on site by Zdravko - exceptionally friendly and communicative, as well as a helpful person. The whole is perfect for 2 families due to the division of rooms. We traveled in a 6+2 layout. The pool was clean, the water was perfect. an added bonus was cleaning during a week's stay. The view from the pool and terraces - dazzling. The whole tour is well-maintained. Private rocky beach and your own descent into the water. Sun loungers for reading in the shade. On-site sup and kayak - perfect for traveling to an island that's a reserve. The bay is calm, even on windy days the sea is calm. The house conditions will 100% meet all expectations. Despite the heat, the air conditioning easily cools the interiors and bedrooms. I highly recommend it for a perfect vacation.

The propery is trully amazing. The house has all the emenities you can think of. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained, the pool is super clean as well as the interior. The linens and towells smell amazing and the house is equiped with everything you may need. The location is easily reachable, it’s so quiet and serene. The house is spotless clean. It is trully an amazing place to relax and enjoy the Puglian vibe. It is located perfectly, a short car ride from everything such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni etc. It is the nicest airbnb property we have ever stayed in. Beatrice was always available via text and provided all the information and support needed.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Everything about this home was 10 out of 10. It will wow you even more than the photos. We were five ladies and we each each other our own bedroom, which was a delight. The kitchens were well stocked. The bathrooms were beautiful. The linens were lovely. The pool and the view from the decks were magnificent. Mato was so helpful in anything we asked, but at the same time gave us such privacy. The location was quiet and peaceful and had probably one of the best beaches that was very accessible from the house. The restaurants were plentiful and we had some of the best meals of all our travels. Old city Dubrovnik could be reached by 15 minute bus ride or a 6e Uber ride. But what we enjoy the most is a couple blocks away you could take a water craft for about 15e. The home was built about 12 years ago, but we thought it was brand new. An absolute gem.

Our family had a wonderful time at Tanja’s home! With 5 adults and 2 kids under 7, we felt comfortable. The view from the bedrooms and pool were stunning and the pool was perfect! The house is located on the main road but is set up on a hill with lots of steps. We enjoyed exploring the area. There is a walking path just across the street and down the stairs and another up the road where you can park and walk down. A must do for beautiful rock beaches! We explored Gradac which was a short drive up the road - pizza take out, ice cream, a giant swing on the beach, and dinner outside on the water. There is also a Plodines (grocery store) just up the street. The house is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split - just under 2 hrs each way which was perfect for exploring. I suggest checking out Makarska (Riva Resturant!) when heading towards split and Mali Ston (Kapetanova kuća) when heading towards Dubrovnik. Tanja was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host!

Great couple of days in this gorgeous villa. The initial drive is a little hair raising in parts, but worth it and not a problem on subsequent drives; we're used to driving in hilly locations! Very homely and stylish with lots of interesting artwork, light ing and furniture. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation, amazing views and so peaceful. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if required. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten track.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here! Friendly host, beautiful house and spectacular views.The host was quick to answer/help with any questions.They provided us with fresh eggs, fruit/veg and cake during our stay. It’s a short drive to Dubrovnik and only 10 mins to Srebreno beach.Would highly recommend and would love to come back one day!
