Enjoy life at this centrally-located place in the south of Odense. Close to Odense Zoo, highway and shopping. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small cozy living room with a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with service cutlery and general kitchen utensils, stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and refrigerator as well as dining area for 4 people. From the kitchen, there is access to a large outdoor terrace. In addition, there is a private parking space in the driveway of the property.

Parking right at the door as well as supermarket, bakery and tank station. There is a private terrace with garden furniture - both covered and for sun, barbecue and fire pit. Everything is newly renovated. Note: Linen packages DKK 50,/per person (consisting of bed linen, 4 towels, bath mat, tea towels, etc.) mandatory. The home is not suitable for children or people with walking disabilities.

City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.
