Waterfront vacation rentals in Brussels

We stayed in the same apartment in 2023 and were looking forward to going back. We were not disappointed. If you want a city break in Gent, you couldn't find a better place.

Veronique’s place has wonderful view and it is very clean and cozy. She is super responsive and flexible. Check-in and check-out are very easy. Definitely would come back if I travel to Antwerp again.

Logement calme situé à 25/30 min de marche de la belle place d’Anvers (Grote Markt). Tout à côté de l’appartement vous pouvez vous promener le long du canal et voir de beaux bateaux et le soleil couchant. Le MAS n’est pas très loin non plus. Il y a un supermarché à 5min à pied. Patrick est un hôte très gentil et accueillant. Il est aussi très réactif si vous avez besoin de lui poser des questions au sujet de votre séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement.

We had an awesome stay , superb apartment, so full of life and positive energy. The apartment is much more than the pictures and almost all the necessary items you need in bathroom and kitchen. The host has been kind enough to be so understanding and thoughtful. The place is perfect for any age group of kids, I had a 10 month old baby and 8y old son, both were at ease, spacious apartment and rooms. Highly recommended. Lovely view from the cute balcony, heating, wifi is great!

Nous avons sejourné chez Steven une nuit. L'appartement est impeccable et fidèle aux photos, spacieux et lumineux. La cuisine est équipée, fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle de bain est spacieuse, le jacuzzi top. La chambre est confortable et intimiste. Steven nous a bien accueilli et fourni toutes les informations pour y passer un bon séjour, des noticed explicatives également pour les commandes et différents éléments de l'appartement. Vivement à conseiller et nous y reviendrons si nous revenons à Anvers.

Het verblijf was een stuk groter dan we van te voren hadden verwacht. Erg fijne ruimtes en prima locatie met de bus!

It was a really nice apartment and was fully equipped with everything including a voice control music system with SIRI which was really nice to play music on. It is very close to the city center and close to take buses or trains. I had a little fever and didn't expect it but they also had medcines which helped me get better. We were pampered with chocolate cake and beers.The hosts are very kind and welcoming especially the Boss Raoul (the cat) really loved us and welcomed us with loving arms. I simply loved the place and would really like to visit again if ever we are back to Gent. Thanks from Ashley & Vidya

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood, close to the markets and museums, so a good location for seeing the sites in Antwerp. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. My only caution is that it's an old building and has the steep, narrow, curvy staircase you find in buildings of this type, so not ideal for those who struggle with heavy luggage (or vertigo).

We hebben twee heerlijke nachten gehad in Tom zijn huis. Het huis is perfect gelegen voor een bezoek aan concertzaal De Roma. De binnenstad van Antwerpen is wat verder lopen maar nog steeds prima te doen. Cafe de Kroon (op loopafstand) is een aanrader met live muziek op de vrijdag avond. Kortom wij hebben genoten en zouden zeker weer boeken als we naar Antwerpen gaan.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit leuke huisje met prachtig zicht op de Schelde. Alles was tiptop in orde: het huisje is heel mooi ingericht, proper en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het uitzicht op de Schelde is zalig, en het terras is ideaal om ‘s ochtends te ontbijten of ‘s avonds in alle rust na te genieten. De omgeving is ideaal voor mooie wandelingen en fietstochten, en de veerboot ligt op wandelafstand. Bart en Eefje zijn supervriendelijke en gastvrije hosts. We voelden ons meteen welkom. Ze voorzien duidelijke informatie in een handige map, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. Een topverblijf dat we zeker aanraden!

We had a wonderful stay at Charolette’s place! She was incredibly kind and accommodating—she let us check in and out whenever it worked best for us, which made everything so easy and relaxed. Her home is beautifully decorated, spotless, and had such a cozy, welcoming feel that we instantly felt at home. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see in Ghent. This was our first visit to the city and we absolutely loved it. Thanks again, Charolette, for being such a great host!

Schöne Unterkunft direkt am See, der Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto schnell und gut erreichbar. Mit dem Zug erreicht mal alle Städte im Umkreis wesentlich rascher als mit dem Auto.

Wunderschöne Wohnung und ruhige Lage. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Top lage um einfach und entspannt in die nächsten Großstädte zu gelangen. Ria ist super lieb und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ravissante petite maison, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût (les photos de l'annonce sont très fidèles). Le jardin est un vrai plus. L'emplacement permet de belles balades à pied entre digue et forêt, et il est idéal pour vadrouiller entre Anvers et Gand. Katja est une hôtesse sympathique et investie qui se soucie vraiment du bien-être des vacanciers, la communication était très fluide, toutes nos questions ont eu une réponse quasi immédiate. Merci pour tout et peut-être à une prochaine fois (on garde l'adresse précieusement ☺️) !

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Osterurlaub in diesem charmanten Seehaus! Es war der perfekte Rückzugsort für unsere Familie und gleichzeitig der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Antwerpen, Gent und Brügge. Diese Städte sind nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt und bieten eine Fülle von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Das Interieur des Hauses ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und die hochwertigen Materialien sorgen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben die Zeit am schönen See genossen, der rund um das Haus liegt. Besonders die Küche mit dem herrlichen Blick auf den See hat uns begeistert, und wir haben viele schöne Mahlzeiten am Esstisch genossen. Die Kinder waren begeistert von der Schaukel im Garten und der Feuerstelle, sie haben stundenlang gespielt und gelacht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns köstlicher Wein, eine liebevolle Karte und leckere Schokolade bereitgestellt. Laurens und Maaike waren jederzeit für uns da und standen uns bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Danke ❤️

This was a very good location. The apartment even had a nice balcony. The place was close to trams to train station and walkable to all historic sites in town. Plenty of good restaurants as well. Ghent is a fantastic place to base your travels out of! We loved this little city and stayed an extra couple of days.

Die Wohnung von Matthias ist für Design, Architektur und Minimalismus Freunde genau die richtige Wahl. Unser Aufenthalt dauerte eine Woche und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bemerkenswert ist die Liebe und die durchdachten Details in der Einrichtung, welche die Wohnung zu einem Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung macht. Immer wieder gern!

Es tal como muestran las fotos . Barrio seguro y tranquilo. el alojamiento estaba limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. anfitriones cordiales y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier inconveniente. hay un supermercado a pocos metros lo cual facilita las provisiones. Recomiendo. el único punto negativo es que el wifi en el dormitorio no funciona bien, pero en el resto de la casa sin problemas.

Superschöne, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Schelde auf die Skyline von Antwerpen. Luc hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und uns einige nützliche Tipps ( z.B. Fußgängertunnel direkt gegenüber, kostenlose Fähre ganz in der Nähe usw.) gegeben. Parken konnten wir preisgünstig vor dem Haus. Wir haben zu viert ein wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

verblijf was top! Mark is een hele aardige host die ons het huis heeft laten zien. De communicatie heel soepel en snel. Verder was het appartement schoon en gezellig. Het enige nadeel is dat je wel aan aan drukke weg zit die je ook nachts hoort. Maar als je de ramen dicht doet heb je daar geen last meer van.

Alex heeft ons prettig ontvangen in zijn fantastische appartement. De ligging is erg fijn. De bushalte naar de stad is op een meter of 20 van het complex. Het appartement is schoon, de keuken zeer compleet ingericht, mooie inrichting en een fantastisch terras.

Frederick und Muriel sind sehr freundliche und proaktive Gastgeber. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist hell und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Uns gefiel die Nähe zur City, die Bibliothek De Kroog als Nachbar und der Picknickplatz an der Schelde. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einzig Müllabfuhr und Lieferverkehr verhindern manchmal das Ausschlafen.
