Vacation rentals in Brotas

We loved our stay at Gonçalo's place. Beautiful, tranquil and chic, the space was the perfect hideaway for our vacation in Comporta. Close to all the beaches, restaurants and everything the area has to offer. The large, lofty and airy space is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, lovely furniture and small touches. The large eating and many sitting areas inside and out offered lots of options to lounge, relax, read a book or nap. Notably, Gonçalo is a cool and interesting guy. He gave us insider recommendations for hidden beaches we would have never discovered on our own. A special treat was Gonçalo's assistant Inês who made our stay incredible. She welcomed us warmly, took care of small requests, offered advice on local restaurants, and even hand picked fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Thank you Inês for making us feel at home! Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a chic and designer space in Comporta.

Raquel and her family were so accommodating with our check-in and so friendly. They gave us great advice on things to do in the area. The house is absolutely spectacular! It is even better than the pictures. The pool area is fantastic and our 3 kids loved it. We had everything we needed and more. The location is great and the local town is beautiful. Great to explore Lisbon and the surrounding areas. We would love to return! Thanks so much Raquel!

We had a lovely stay here despite dreadful weather! Ed was an amazing host, very fast at replying and great recommendations for restaurants which were all fab. House is in a lovely position and you feel very private once inside, its close to the rice paddy fields and you can walk to the beach which is a bonus. This is a lovely area with a beautiful beach but there is quite a bit of construction going on close by which is a shame. The noise didn't disturb us at all as it was up in the hills. The beach is quite wild but really lovely and has great restaurants & bars to watch the sunset. We wanted to surf but the waves wernt right here for our week but we found an amazing beach down the coast to surf so there are always options if you hire a car. Everything as imagined, good amenities and nice area. Check in was flexible. Only thing I always find difficult with air bnb is that you pay a cleaning fee but are asked to take the trash outside.

The photos don't do the place justice, it's much more beautiful and cozy than the photos show, it's close to everything. The view and the surroundings are very beautiful, Marcela was very patient and attentive.

There are no words to describe this paradise. Starting with Edite and Hernâni, who were extremely attentive and always concerned with us, every corner of the house and all the outdoor space that reflects the affection, good taste and love with which they were designed and built. We felt at home away from home, we felt like we were returning to a home we didn't know until then. Upon arrival, a fresh lemonade and a jar of honey from Edite's bees awaited us. During our stay, we were not only presented with homemade eggs, but also with extreme care so that we didn't lack anything during the blackout. There was no better place than this corner to spend this day, where we barely noticed the lack of light and dined in the garden under the stars and candlelight. We will certainly return many times to this hidden paradise in the middle of our Portugal. Thank you for everything, Edite and Hernâni.
