Stay on a magical 150 m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° views of the water, its own swimming ladder and 200 meters to the subway. Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry to a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front deck and aft deck with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and living room. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Nice apartment of 64 sqm. in a larger house with a private entrance. Free parking at the house. Nice large conservatory that belongs to the apartment, small kitchen, private bathroom and private bedroom. Brand new luxury bed from Au Ping, 160 cm wide. The apartment is close to the harbor, 700 meters from the station and with the amusement park in the backyard. A lovely garden that you are welcome to use. There is underfloor heating in the living room in addition to the bio fireplace, so the whole apartment is cozy and warm in the winter. Good discount for long-term stays.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Nice and stylish 2-bedroom apartment, with double bed and babycrib, as well as 2X floor mattresses. The apartment has everything you need. Bright and spacious with a view of the canal. Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.
