Apartment vacation rentals in Brno-Žabovřesky

It was lovely staying at Tereza’s place. The appointment is so beautiful and the location is great. Although it’s a little far from the city centre there is a tramp right next to the apartment which takes you in the heart of the city. Everything was clean and as described. One short mention for light sleepers, the mattress is very firm, which makes it hard to sleep if you are used to medium to soft beds. Also the pillow is the opposite, your head goes straight through it. I am a light sleeper so I didn’t sleep very well. Nevertheless, if you don’t have these issues you’re gonna love the place!

I would definitely return. It’s a cozy and very clean apartment. Location is great too. Just two tram stops and you are downtown.

A wonderful city. Great location close to all transports. The local farmers market has wonderful strawberries and other vegetables. The castle and museum are a short walk partly through a park. The farmers market, supermarket, bakeries and restaurants are only a block away. The apartment is very comfortable. We don't often give reviews but this location deserves it.

Hezké ubytování v klidné a zelené části Brna. Využila jsem ho při cestě na konferenci kvůli jeho lokalizaci, ale i do centra by se dalo dojít pěšky (odhadem 20min) nebo popojet pár stanic šalinou. Skvělé vybavení (kuchyně vč. čaje a kávy, fén, žehlička, ...), mnoho úložného prostoru... cítila jsem se jako doma.

Cute little place that has everything needed for a few days. Tram is right out the door, literally. Host is friendly. Would go again. It is noisy, but for us it didn’t matter because we just needed a place to be close to our family.

Den sjarmerende og velfungerende og passe store leiligheten i det stille og naturlige nabolaget,med utsikt til en frodig hage som både blir stelt og brukt,et sted jeg ville unne alle å tilbringe en tid i,har et vertskap som matcher alt dette,og vel så det. Jan er den mest omsorgsfulle vert jeg kjenner,og jeg er veldig godt vant! Han vet ikke det beste han skal gjøre for å ære sine kjære gjester. Og han mener det! Ærlig og respektfull og tilstede. Jeg kan bare anbefale et opphold her. Lett å komme til byen,min favorittløype var over Spilberk med alle forgreninger og ankomst byen fra den vakreste siden. Alle var vennlige og hjelpsomme,Albert supermarked var et steinkast borte ,resten var det bare å oppdage. Parkene! De kan dette med trær! Hurra for Brno,Bara og Jan!

Klidný a čistý byt pro jednu osobu, vybavený vším potřebným, vše v něm fungovalo, blízko zastávka MHD i nákupní centrum, cena příznivá, komunikace rychlá. Pobyt trval 13 dnů, byl příjemný.

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

Erika’s studio is wonderful. It feels really comfortable and welcoming. Erika’s art work makes this spot really special though, and unlike another stay you’ll find on Airbnb. Erika was also super friendly and very easy to get in contact with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was great! Linda is an amazing host, very communicative and responsible. My grandparents were absolutely astonished by the apartment, the location. Everything was clean, cozy, they were very happy with the choice of the accommodation. Thank you Linda!

There was a little mixup about the availability of one of their other units in the building It was resolved and they allowed us to get two hours early, which was needed as we were just walking around with our luggage and very tired Thank you, Jan for your absolutely beautiful unit and the beautiful patio garden area that you don't even brag about and you ought to Next time, if we can stay there, we will take advantage of the sauna. We kept looking at it, but never used it. Next time 😁

Sehr gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und schöne Orte schnell zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreichbar! Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Lukas und uns hat es sehr gefallen. Lukas hat eine sehr schöne und detailreich eingerichtete Wohnung.

The apartment is at a walking distance from the main train station and the city center. There is also a tram stop nearby. I enjoyed my stay at Adrian's apartment. Adrian, thank you very much for your hospitality.

Tres bel appartement, clair et bien décoré et très grand, en plein centre-ville dans le meilleur endroit central. Literie de qualité. Calme (sauf les cloches du beffroi tous les 1/4 d’heure toute la nuit, donc il faut fermer les fenêtres). Sinon tout était très bien.
