Best value stay in Brno, flat was clean and perfectly located. Jakub is a great host, kind and responsive. If I come back to Brno this listing will be my first choice again

Dobře dostupné ubytování nedaleko Mendlova náměstí. Cena odpovídá vybavení, které bylo čisté a prostory uklizené, nicméně vhodné spíše na jednu noc nebo kratší ubytování. Další výhodou je snadná dostupnost centra. Trochu jsme se obávali okna v přízemí orientovaného do (nejspíše) zahrádky, ale díky žaluziím šlo vytvořit soukromí.

The accomodation was really good, had everything we needed and was very close to centre. The host described pretty well how to get inside. The apartment is bigger than it looks at the photos. Really enjoyed our time staying here.

Podľa foto apartmán vyzerá väčšou. Nachádza sa na -1 poschodie.

Velmi příjemný pobyt. Parádní a pohodlné zázemí v Brně a nepříliš vzdálené od centra. Veškerá komunikace bezproblémová a vřele doporučuji. Velmi rád tuto možnost ubytování využiji i v budoucnu.

Super, lokalita. Útulné a příjemné prostředí. Čisté, úhledné, vše v největším pořádku 👍

We had a great stay. The apartment is neat, fully furnished, very clean and located close to public transportation. It also came with a parking spot, which was very helpful. Several restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The host Radek was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at his apartment U Leskavy again.

Byt má skvělou atmosféru, cítili jsme se jako doma. Ocenili jsme především terasu a využili klidnou zahradu ve vnitrobloku, kde jsme snídali pod borovicí. Mohu vřele doporučit, doudám, že jsme zde nebydleli naposledy.

Appartement très propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Très bien placé pour visiter la ville à pied et proche de tous les modes de transport. Quartier un peu bruyant mais fenêtres fermées on n’est pas gêné si on ne veut pas dormir fenêtres ouvertes. Excellent séjour.

This is now one of my favourite places on here. Everything was just as shown and went smoothly! The host always responded and the place apartment is very cozy. I can only recommend, looking forward to my next stay!!

Excellent stay, the apartment was exactly as described, and even better. Super clean, had everything you can think of, including stuff for our little kid. Location in walkable distance from the historical city centre, in a wonderful, peaceful neighbourhood. It can be a bit tricky to find parking nearby late in the evening, but that's normal, I guess. All in all, this is the closest you can get to the hypothetical perfect stay.

I absolutely loved Vojtěch’s place. It was very well maintained, close to everything, and provided a peaceful environment. I didn’t have to guess about anything, he was very proactive with his recommendations and responded very quickly to questions. When I return to Brno I hope to stay here again.

We unfortunately stayed only for one night but we wish we could've stayed for longer. The house is cosy, had everything you might need even for a longer stay, but what made this experience perfect for us and our dog is the garden we could use and park our car. The host even brought a ladder so we can pick tasty cherries from the garden. We will definitely be back and stay for longer. Treat yourself with this stay while in Brno, you will not regret it.

David ist der perfekte Hostt, reagiert nicht nur sehr schnell sondern fragt auch pro-aktiv, ob er helfen kann und wie es einem geht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, man hat alles was man braucht & der Bäcker nebenan ist genial. Man ist in ca 10 Minuten in der Stadt - ebenfalls perfekt. Und mit Hund ist die Lage ideal, da man nur 5-7 Minuten zu einem Park braucht.

Skvělé ubytování, vše odpovídalo popisu. Bylo čisto, klid a všechno potřebné k dispozici. Komunikace s hostitelem byla rychlá a vstřícná. Rádi se zase vrátíme, mohu jen doporučit!

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles fußläufig erreichbar. Auch, dass direkt neben dem Haus mehrere kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind, hat es uns sehr einfach gemacht. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The accommodation was great, as per pictures and description: the kitchen has all necessary tools for a quick dinner, and bedroom is spacious. Location is quiet and going to city centre is relatively quick, also supermarket are nearby.

Ubytování bylo podle představ, dokonce jsme byli i mile překvapeni, co všechno ubytování nabízelo a jak vypadalo. Určitě se rádi vrátíme. Skvělé bylo, že k ubytování byly i jasné a stručné pokyny k ubytování. Moc děkujeme za příjemný pobyt a budeme se těšit příště.
