Vacation rentals with breakfast in Brisbane Water

Our stay at Lisa’s Airbnb completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect private retreat to unwind and relax—exactly what we were after. Every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of, making the experience feel not just comfortable, but truly special. The space was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pantry was well-stocked, and the bathroom had all the essentials—perfect for those little things you might forget. It was lush! A small detail, but there’s nothing better than a soft, plush towel after a long day. Lisa even provided spare beach towels. We arrived to fresh bread, milk, and some lovely treats—a warm and generous touch. Breakfast with those beautiful views was such a delight. Lisa was incredibly hospitable, kind, and responsive. We’re so grateful for the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend! Thankyou Lisa!

Amazing! Ainslie and Dan were fantastic hosts & the property just delightful, well and truly exceeding our expectations. The property is well furnished, beautifully styled, immaculate and well equipped with everything you could possible need for a relaxing stay. The additional fridge and pantry items were a lovely surprise and meant we could settle in without the need to feel rushed to get the shops. The location was perfect being so close to essential amenities with the views of Lake Macquarie just superb. We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony watching the sunrise. We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. Communication was smooth and Catriona made sure everything was perfect for my stay. I’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

This house was perfect while working locally and thank you for accommodating me. Had everything I needed and more. Is a great space and I enjoyed being able to work on my computer with that view of the water.

We loved our stay at this property. Tracey was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to check in and settle in well before we arrived. Our main reason for booking was that it was close to family we were visiting but it was a great location for getting out in the evening and getting to the local beaches. If we come to Australia to visit family again we would definitely be a return customer.

Judy and Murray were impeccable hosts. They accommodated our booking at nearly the last minute for a week and communicated immediately. They asked about our preferences for breakfast and were kind enough to pick up a couple items for us ahead of time. Their home was easy to find and we had no problems parking, getting in, or using the space. The cabin has won awards for its design and is extremely cozy. The air/heating worked well, which was great for warm days and cold nights. We did have a small hitch with the WiFi while we were there, but our hosts did everything they could to rectify this issue; most of the problem was due to network upgrades being done in the area. Judy and Murray were amazing hosts, very gracious, incredibly responsive, and had lots of great suggestions for places to go and things to do. I recommend the walk to Crackneck lookout, which was a relatively easy walk (lots of uphill at the end) and a breathtaking view of the ocean!

5 stars! Jenny is a superb host. She's very communicative with a auper clean, super comfy Air Bnb. The personal touches like a beer, brie, and bread, butter, and jelly in the fridge along with the "Maybe you forgot these" basket in the bathroom. So nice! Highly recommended :)

Jean is very thoughtful, hospitable host. She leaves an ample supply for breakfast. The space is very welcoming with a good choice of books to read and comfy places to sit. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. ❤️ We will be back again hopefully.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach or a supermarket. It's also an easy 15 minutes to the main shopping area for a busier evening when wanted. There is an excellent dining/living room space which is larger than suggested in the photos. Overall we thoroughly recommend this listing.

We were in Avalon for a family function and Aloha Avalon suited our family of 3 couples very well. Light, bright and airy, we felt very much at home during our 2 night stay.

Peta and Grahams home is an oasis and perfect for one person or a couple for either a short or longer stay. The space is immaculate and every thing has been thought of with care and consideration. The fridge filled with essentials was a lovely surprise along with the welcome letter and chocolates. Being a local I was very familiar with the area but this would be a perfect place for interstate and overseas visitors to have a sense of a bushland setting, proximity to beautiful middle harbour bushwalks, the creek bubbling away in the rear yard at the same time being very easy to access the Sydney CBD. We had a great stay at Sean and Karen‘s Air b & b. As hosts, they communicated clearly, in every way possible. The place was as said it was. It was very private very quiet and peaceful, with a tranquil outlook. The place was impeccably clean and comfortable, and had every possible convenience at our fingertips. We would definitely stay there again, and would be glad to recommend to others. Thanks Sean and Karen.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the host, Alan was very responsive and helpful throughout. The location was perfect for exploring and we felt right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

Tanya and Col's place was great, its small but comfortable with easy walking to Dee Why beach and shops, and easy access to Manly and surrounds. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was especially during the night and we slept soundly in the very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely consider this accommodation again.

We had a great stay, it was very peaceful. The farm animals were awesome and Chloe (the cat) & Kramer/PJ (the dogs) were adorable and so friendly got some awesome boots.

I really enjoyed my stay, the place was clean and the room is big and comfortable. Min is a great host!

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

Rowie was a lovely host for our brief stay in her beautiful part of the world. Helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy and the space clean and tidy. We’d gladly stay here again

We found Harold extremely welcoming and a good conversationalist. We felt at ease and were made to feel welcome and able to come and go at ease.We will return to Harolds home and enjoy another stay with him and his two lovely little dogs.

Mikes place was perfect for a short stay. Very clean with everything we needed. Lovely peaceful location, coffee van in walking distance and Maitland Bay beach.
