Le logement de Gaëtan et de Sandrine propose toutes les commodités que l'on peut attendre pour une nuit..ou même pour une semaine. Il n'y a rien à redire.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Hélène et Didier. La maison est très agréable et confortable. Le jardin est vaste il se prolonge sur les deux côtés de la maison avec leurs coins repas. L'environnement est calme et paisible. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine bien équipée. Le lieu clos. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la campagne tout en étant à 10 min de Bayeux en passant par un Intermarché à 5 min en voiture bien pratique. Les sites autour sont nombreux : plages du débarquements Arromanches/ port en Bessin, châteaux, abbayes, piscine, animaux... Emplacement idéal en Normandie. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux !

We LOVED our stay in Sommervieu. The house was simply idyllic, surrounded by flowers and with a nearby (but not too close!) field of friendly cows wandering by. The house itself was very quiet, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything one would need in the kitchen, loads of books and games, and firewood for a roaring fire. We didn’t use the bikes or outdoor seating because the weather didn’t cooperate, but would love to come back and try them someday. Sophie and François were super attentive, offering local suggestions and also pointers for when we moved on to Paris, suggesting a restaurant in Paris where we later had a delicious lunch! Thank you so much for hosting us, we hope to come back!

Le gîte de Sylvie est paisible et chaleureux. La restauration de cette vieille maison est faite avec goût. La maison est spacieuse et confortable. Le jardin est agréable, paisible et peuplé de chats.

Romain Et Céline's AirBnb was a lovely little retreat in Caen. You can reach it from the train station with a 30 minute walk or you can take the tram which gets you there in about 10-15 minutes. The location is in the center of the city. It is a five minute walk to several restaurants for dinner and you are never further than 20-25 minutes walk from most of the popular tourist sites. The listing itself had all the promised amenities. There was not much sound at night so we all slept well. Three of us comfortably used the space. The internet was also able to handle all of us using it at the same time. The shower also had good water pressure and hot water. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and the check-out instructions were quite reasonable. Romain messaged to ask how our stay was going was quick to respond whenever I had questions. I had a wonderful time and would be happy to rent this AirBnb again.

It's a delightful little paradise! The apartment is snug and cozy, the garden beautiful and peaceful. I had a lot of fun during the short (or sometimes longer) chats with Guy. It's clear that he is passionate about the region and has a lot to tell about it. I had a little less contact with Jocelyn, but she is very friendly as well. To be honest, I felt a bit like staying at my grandparents, which was a nice feeling. The location is perfect. A lovely hiking trail passes right in front of the door. All the 'big sights' of Normandy are in reach within a day-trip. All in all I enjoyed my time there a lot and I definitely hope to come back another time.

Light, bright open flat with fully stocked kitchen, large dining table and comfy sofa living room. Bedrooms were large (we had the single studio next door - separate key required) as well. Instructions were clear, housekeeper was prompt in responding to check in time and inquiries. It is on the 3rd floor above ground level so be prepared for lots of steps (the last flight is quite narrow) Location right next to grand hotel with beach entrance across the street and walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Great stay!

The property is amazing - beautifully decorated, comfortable and in the historical heart of Caen. At the same time its quiet and private. We loved it! Marie is an amazing host - warm, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

This is a charming AirBnB yards from the beach, and a five minute walk to a casino and a lovely Main Street with lots of bars, restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops. It is in the top floor of a mid 1800s building that was one of the original buildings along the shoreline. And was used by the Germans as a defensive position on D-Day (highly recommend a tour of the nearby D-Day museum that celebrates the achievements of the French Commando unit that helped liberate the town). Very comfortable and well equipped. But note, it is on the top floor of a four storey building so not for those with mobility issues. We would stay again as it is great value and an excellent base for chilling on the beach, touring the D-Day sites or just hanging out at the local bistros. And the hosts were very responsive.

Christopher, Thank you for all your kindnesses toward us. The roses & peonies were a great surprise, even though we did not experience any inconvenience from the front door hiccup. Your sterling character as a host showed through just as the beach light reflected off the antique silver objects around the salon. The turret bed was very spacious and comfortable as the linen bedcovers were a treat! The nearby fish market and shops were very convenient and your well furnished kitchen allowed for some great cuisine to dine-in. You did a wonderful preservation project on the installation of the new windows, that truly showcased the villa and the incredible beachside location. We were able to relax and enjoy the happy sounds of the children and families. Trouville is a wonderful place that we hope - someday - we are able to return with our grandchildren and children! Villa is beautiful, very practical for our families needs. Everything thought of and available from Travel cot to children’s, bikes, games. Adults were well catered for too. A lot of local information available to enable you to plan organise your days. Location is quiet but allows you to access the historical area easily either walking, bike or car for further a field. Welcome gifts very much appreciated. Claire & Yoann excellent hosts and would love to return in the future for longer next time.

Notre expérience dans cet Airbnb a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis dans un espace d’une propreté irréprochable, soigneusement préparé pour nous offrir un véritable cocon de confort et de tranquillité. L’attention portée aux détails était remarquable, avec des touches personnelles qui ont rendu notre séjour unique : des draps frais et doux, une literie de qualité, une cuisine parfaitement équipée, et des petits gestes attentionnés qui font toute la différence. L’emplacement était idéal, nous permettant de découvrir facilement les merveilles des environs tout en profitant d’un cadre paisible. Chaque moment passé ici a été un pur bonheur, et nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et pour avoir fait de notre séjour une expérience mémorable. Très bon séjour chez Samuel. Très belle demeure bien rénovée avec beaucoup de chambres, une cuisine équipée, un beau jardin avec piscine. Plein d’activités possibles : ping pong, billard, fléchettes, jeux de société, baignade. Un pool house très sympathique pour manger en extérieur. Un bel endroit pour passer un week-end entre amis ou en familles avec des enfants. À proximité, beaucoup de belles adresses normandes : ouistreham, Caen, Cabourg, les plages du débarquement… Nous recommandons !

La réservation a été faite dans un contexte professionnel. Le cadre cosy était particulièrement favorable au team building avec notamment une verrière très accueillante et lumineuse. Que dire de l'emplacement, tellement celui-ci est central tout en restant paisible. le seul point de vigilance, indépendant de l'habitation, est la capacité de parking des voitures ; payant mais également très peu disponible.
