We use the space to sleep only. For we spent the whole day at the event. But it was very good! We love the experience. We have lunch in a front restaurant. A delight. Outside that Kit is nicely decorated and cozy! Wonderful and I'll be right back.

Studio109BSB is impeccable: modern, elegant, comfortable, everything really new and very well equipped. The bed and the linens that come with it are super comfortable and high quality. The location of the building is strategic, very close to Mané Garrincha Stadium, Esplanada, shopping malls, bakery, market, pharmacy, etc., and at night it is a quiet and peaceful place. In addition, Tita is an excellent host, very polite and helpful.

Great stay. Very clean apartment and very well equipped with everything you might need. The electronic lock is very practical and makes check-in and check-out much easier. Juliana is very attentive and responds quickly to messages. I recommend it!

The apartment is just like the photos, very well equipped (airfry, coffee maker, utensils…) and newly renovated. Everything was very clean and tidy, we were greeted with chocolate, cappuccino and complimentary water. Raphael, the host, was very available for our questions and was very attentive. The building is new, very technological and tidy, it looks like a hotel. There's not much to do in the surroundings and the walls are a little thin, so you can hear what happens outside, such as neighbors and outside noises (subway). Overall, I highly recommend the stay!!

The stay was perfect, the location is very good and there are many options around to eat. The area is quiet, on Saturday they play music at night and you can hear it, but the other days you can rest very well. We liked the place and highly recommend it.

The apartment is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, shops, markets, bars and pharmacies are very close! Host Murilo is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love our stay in the wonderful city, we will come back more often for sure!

The days at the accommodation were great, I went with two pets so in the outdoor area I was able to walk around peacefully. It was only bad to enter by car because we had to get out every time to inform and wait for the gate to open. Check-in was offered before the time, but we arrived just right! WONDERFUL bed, we slept very well, good-sized bathroom, had all the basic items and iron and hair dryer. The condominium has a 24-hour convenience store, which was very helpful, and there was a water dispenser in the apartment, so we didn't need to buy water. I'll be back!
