Proprietatea are 270 de metri pătrați și este dotată cu o cabană din lemn, saună, terasă acoperită, parcare privată gratuită și loc pentru grătar. Aerul curat de munte și priveliștea spre munții Bucegi fac din această moșie o adevărată oază de relaxare. La etaj sunt 4 dormitoare decorate în stil modern, cu paturi king size.
