My experience at this place was simply wonderful. Adriana is an exceptional host: friendly, proactive and always willing to help. From the first moment, I felt welcome and at home. The property was impeccable, with impeccable cleanliness and a warm and cozy atmosphere that made my stay even more pleasant. The reception staff also deserves a special mention: always attentive, friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. I had to extend my stay and Adriana handled it immediately, without complications. The location is perfect: a safe area in Bogotá where you can walk with total peace of mind, with beautiful views and small markets nearby that make the experience even more comfortable and authentic. Definitely a place I'll come back to without hesitation. Thanks Adriana for making my stay so special!

Great apartment located in great area! Charlie’s apartment is the ideal spot for a great Bogota weekend experience. The rooftop jacuzzi and amenities provided a great touch. Charlie’s communication was incredible and was there the entire time to ensure my stay was pleasurable. The doormen and security also provided nice touch.

Beautiful apartment with an excellent location. Jorge was always available and helpful when needed. Most amenities were functional and useful. Exceptionally clean!! The apartment design was maybe 1990s era eccentric, though that was fine for us. Beware if you have mobility problems as the stairs may be quite a challenge to navigate. The breakfast was very minor (Not at all like the photo). As with most South and Central America regions the hot water may be sporadic. Also it may be useful to be aware that the city of Bogota shuts off water one day per week; for this apartment that day was Friday when we were there. Jorge was very proactive and had a good supply of water available for us!

Nice apartment with good decor in an excellent location right across from the Four Seasons and a 2 minute walk to Zona T. We had a few things that needed repair at check-in and Fabian was super responsive even getting a new smart TV for the bedroom. There is some construction going on here and there but that is the case all over Bogota. We would definitely return if in Bogota again.

A very cozy loft, perfectly equipped with all the necessary amenities. They even left us sweet of welcome, a detail that is greatly appreciated. There was soap, toilet paper, dish soap and all necessary kitchen utensils including pots. The bathroom was small but divine and very comfortable. The area is super nice, right in front of a park, with many 24-hour restaurants and excellent home coverage. In addition, it is very well located if you need to move towards the Terminal del Norte. We loved it!
