Great stay in this small quiet apartment despite overlooking the main street of Loudenvielle. It is located in the middle, so everything is within walking distance. Surrounded by very good restaurants (L'Ardoise, L'Escapade), and shops (pharmacy, Intersport, Carrefour) within a 5-minute walk. The apartment is very well thought out, functional and practical, with a beautiful garden overlooking the mountains, a real little paradise! Françoise was very responsive, and gave us some great tips/addresses, always with a smile, so it will be a pleasure to come back for a future paragliding course!

The accommodation is very functional, and very well located. Cécile and Laurent's hospitality was really great, very accommodating and caring. I highly recommend it.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children aged 7 and 9) and we stayed 2 nights on site. Catherine welcomed us warmly, despite an arrival at night. Very good communication. Impeccable accommodation, well-equipped for cooking / washing your laundry if necessary. We really enjoyed the overall ecological approach (cleaning products, waste and water management). Everything is very well explained in the welcome booklet and the various instructions distributed in the accommodation, including for unfolding the sofa bed. We recommend this place to stay for families (rather with older children, the access staircase is a little steep) or lovers of mountain walks.

Camile was excellent keeping us up to date. We scheduled our trip on the weekend of the military pilgrimage which we did not realize when we booked the place. What a treat! The apartment was close to the church. Camile made the reservations for the restaurants for us in advance. We used the washing machine to catch up on laundry for our trip. All in all, it was a great place to stay for the weekend.

Peaceful and Welcoming Stay for Our Lourdes Pilgrimage We’re two friends who came to Lourdes on pilgrimage for the first time. I booked this Airbnb because it was close to the Sanctuary—where everything happens—and had great reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Olga and Krytz were great hosts, responsive and always quick to reply (usually within 20 minutes) whenever we had questions about taxis, luggage storage, and so on. The apartment was just what we needed. It’s spacious, quiet, and has beautiful views over the rooftops—you can see the fort, the basilica, the mountains in the distance, and even the house where St. Bernadette’s family lived. The beds were very comfortable, and we both slept really well. I’m a light sleeper, but it was so peaceful I could leave the window open at night and wasn’t disturbed at all. How does one find enough superlatives to describe a phenomenal Airbnb experience? When I chose this rental, I didn’t quite understand that it’s what Americans call a Mother-in-law apartment. Completely private and autonomous yet connected to the hosts’ large home. The apartment overlooks the hosts’ small family farm. Chickens, geese, sheep, vegetables, and flowers and trees galore. Renowned architect Maurice Sauzet designed the structure. Americans will think of Frank Lloyd Wright. Wonderful. Inside you enjoy the ingenuity and dedication to top quality materials, construction, appliances, functionality and beauty. Plenty of storage. Zero clutter. Super-comfortable bed. I spent hours on the patio looking out over the trees and livestock to the snow-capped Pyrénées. Walks up the street to the top of the hill. Star-gazing at night. Discovering the rich history of the region. Please only rent this Airbnb if you’ll respect and appreciate the best in lodging and human kindness!

A perfect stay in a beautiful setting! We had a great time at this cottage with splendid views of the mountains. The place is quiet, soothing, and really well located for enjoying nature. Celia's place was lovely, a rustic French mountain home, with gorgeous views of the peaks beyond from every room. Easy parking, close walking to everything you need in town, quick access to multiple trails.

Great weekend The accommodation is very pleasant (especially the living room with the possibility of a fireplace and the terrace which is amazing), well equipped, the view is magnificent! Very good communication with the hosts.

Beautiful accommodation with functional living room, and 2 bedrooms upstairs with their bathroom + toilet, which is comfortable if you come with your friends. This is the first time we have arrived in a very very equipped accommodation, which is very convenient because there is nothing to bring, and we have everything we need. The property overlooks the main road to Campan. The accommodation is quite well insulated phonically, and traffic noise remains low (booking in May at a time when there are not too many vacationers). We were able to find parking on a nearby street. Thanks for the welcome cake. Next door, a saleswoman with her truck that sells local products at a good price (cheeses, meats).

The accommodation is spacious with a very large garden and a very nice covered terrace and several games (foosball, etc.). The environment is pleasant and peaceful. Nathalie is attentive and responsive.

Great option for families. We were 2 families with kids, and we were super comfortable. It is very appreciated that he allowed us to leave later on the last day, being able to take advantage of the day of skiing. Super recommended.

The ground floor apartment is very nice, it is convenient to access for luggage. It is very well equipped and very clean, the view of the mountains is superb and the terrace is very nice. Michel is a very welcoming host and offers good advice.

I am very happy with the stay I had with my children in David's home. He was very responsive, attentive, gave good advice and was conciliatory. I think the apartment is very well laid out for a small space and really well-equipped, there is everything you need on site! I keep in touch because ideally located in the heart of the resort (it's beautiful in spring for nature lovers) it must be great in winter too!! The few shops nearby are closed out of season but if you plan everything in advance, it's not a problem, on the contrary, absolute calm.

Apartment, as detailed in the description, had everything you need to feel at home. Positive point on the issue of parking, the apartment has 1 but you also have the possibility of parking on the street. The village is very small and has a bar, but you are very close to other towns where you will find shops, bars, restaurants, etc.. and if you like to ski you have the slopes very close by.

The apartment is very well located and perfectly conditioned to comfortably spend a carefree stay. The mountain views are wonderful.

We needed calm and there we found some. We were able to take walks all around... Gavarnie circus, heavy, animal park... despite the bad weather we didn't get bored. There are all the necessary shops in the village. The place was perfect. the view of the mountain and the creek very soothing.
