What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

Very clean and as described. The environment is very nice on the banks of the Seine. Lucinda was responsive when needed. So I would definitely recommend this listing.

We stayed 2 nights in the apartment and were super satisfied. A good bakery is just around the corner and the kitchen has everything you need for breakfast or a small meal. Pretty close to Disneyland (not even 15 min needed) will be happy to come back.

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

Nice, clean place with everything that you need. May be a little uncomfortable during the hotter months as it has no air conditioner. Public transportation to the city as well as Disney was easy. I would stay again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was super cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful,. The area is beautiful and peaceful, with everything you need nearby. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone!

Paulo is welcoming and warm. we were very well hosted. impeccable studio and filled with small touches. everything you need is present in the accommodation. we'll be back on our next trip to Paris.

Fabulous location , close to everything and all within walking distance and close to pubic transportation Perfect for our party of three.Great to have AC in the bedrooms as the outside temperature on 3 days was 85 F.

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Thank you again for this impeccable welcome, we will come back without hesitation!

Hanifa is very responsive and accommodating regarding check-in times. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because of the many steps and stairs (the house is on two floors, you enter through the basement). Linens and towels are provided and impeccable, which is a big plus. The house is in a very good location, a five-minute walk from the RER train station and right next to shops. It's very convenient to be able to park two (small!) cars in front of the house, as street parking is paid.

The stay was very pleasant with a place even more beautiful in reality than in the photos... The area is very quiet but there are a lot of shops nearby. We are convinced to come back given the beauty of the place and the surroundings, I could only recommend Loan and Sylvain's place! They were, in addition, very pleasant and warm to our welcome. Thanks to them!

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Very functional accommodation for a couple with children. Quiet, clean and very well maintained!

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

Had a wonderful time staying at Joao’s place he was really responsive and helpful in terms of making sure everything was ready for me. I would highly recommend this property for travelling to Disney land or surrounding areas, and once again the hosts too as they were fantastic !
