Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bourgvallées

Thierry was a communicative and helpful host who met us in person even though we arrived late due to travel arrangements. He was friendly and showed us around the apartment and gave us great recommendations. The neighbourhood is a beautiful part of Caen and it was a pleasure to stay there. His apartment is unique with lots of interesting decor and has everything you need to wash clothes, cook etc. We felt it was very good value for money compared to other listings in Caen and would stay there again.

This is a wonderful apartment! It is very nicely presented with good quality fittings, linen and towels. The bed was large and very comfortable and the shower spacious and with great water pressure. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was good with plenty of cafes, restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. It was a bit of a walk for us older guys to the chateau and other tourist spots but the Navette Gratuit, with a stop just a short walk away worked really well for us. The car parking is in an area behind the building, There is no reserved park for the flat and it isn't guaranteed that you'll get one. Having said that we were able to get a park on the few occasions we took the car out. Michel was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. If you're from Australia and want a good latte as we have it there, we recommend Keys and Co just a short walk from.

Séjour super agréable !! Duplex très bien situé et très fonctionnel, la chambre était superbe et très calme nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Great location in the centre of Carteret close to the shops, restaurants and marina.A large light comfortable apartment with loads of storage space washing machine and dryer. Parking in a free car park close to the apartment.Unload car in a blue limited time parking space right outside,Disc Bleu needs to be displayed, which can be purchased from Tourist Offices, Tabacs etc for a few Euros. Thank you Emmanuel and Marie for a great weekend and weren’t we lucky with the weather.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 enfants de 3 ans et 10 mois. C'est un endroit calme, tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'appartement était très propre et tréq bien rangé. Nos hôtes ont été très réactifs et nous ont laissé une petite attention à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons +++++. Aurore et Valentin

Logement superbement bien placé, proche de tous commerces et restaurants mais également des sites historiques de la région. Il est encore plus spacieux que nous le pensions, et la vue sur le port et la plage est exceptionnelle. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour d'une semaine ici !

The property is amazing - beautifully decorated, comfortable and in the historical heart of Caen. At the same time its quiet and private. We loved it! Marie is an amazing host - warm, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

A hidden gem on the Normandy coast. Close to the museums and D-day beaches. A number of free places to visit near the property in walkable distances. Port-en-Bessin a 5 min drive away with lots of lovely shops - the bolangerie was awesome! The house itself is extremely well done. The photographs do not do it justice. It was the loveliest holiday home we have stayed in. Will visit again!

Maison très bien équipée, décoration soignée, avec un vrai air de vacances. Parfait pour une petite famille, avec lit bébé et chaise haute. Machines à laver et seche linge à disposition, très bien équipée ! Et proximité immédiate du bord de mer ! Merci pour ce séjour !

This is a gem of a place, we loved staying there. It feels like a piece of history you have to yourself for a few days, and the location is just brilliant We loved being in the middle of the Haute ville and Granville was a lovely place to explore. Emmanuelle couldn't be more helpful with sending information and instructions and always responding to messages straight away.

C'était parfait la première fois que nous y sommes allés et c'est toujours aussi parfait cette seconde fois (proche de la mer, bien équipé, Brigitte qui s'occupe de nous accueillir est super flexible et amicale, Béatrice est super réactive, le jardin est parfait pour notre chien et c'est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir la région à l'abri des zones plus touristiques). Nous y reviendrons probablement...

L'appartement de Zabeth et Pascal est une véritable pépite. Tout est parfait, jusqu'aux moindres détails : très jolie déco, cuisine parfaitement équipée (il ne manque rien !), nombreuses attentions qui font vraiment très très plaisir, propreté absolument impeccable... Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien, "comme à la maison". J'ai rarement vu un Airbnb aussi bien pensé. On voit dans les petits détails à quel point les hôtes sont soucieux de notre bien-être. Mille mercis pour cet accueil qui nous laisse un souvenir enchanté !

Une petite pépite sur notre lieu de villégiature préféré ! Ayant réservé le bien de Cécile et Michel pour ma maman, j'ai pu avoir un aperçu des prestations offertes, les heureux élus étaient enchantés , merci pour eux. Nul doute que nous gardons précieusement l'adresse pour un prochain séjour sur Courseulles. L'appartement est conforme en tous points aux photos de l'annonce. L'ensemble a été réfléchi pour optimiser au maximum la rénovation, avec goût et harmonie. La résidence est calme, tout est accessible à pied. Le parking inclus, l'arrivée et le départ flexibles et autonomes sont des plus réellement appréciés. Le meilleur pour la fin : Cécile et Michel sont des hôtes hors pairs, proactifs, réactifs, prévenants ...la communication est toujours agréable et sympathique !

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

Nous sommes deux couples de québécois qui souhaitions visiter les plages du débarquement et ses musées. L'appartement a très bien répondu à nos attentes: il est très bien situé (à 25 minutes à pied du musée de Juno Beach, notamment), dans un secteur tranquille. L'appartement comme tel est vraiment confortable, très propre, avec une cuisine bien équipée. Le lit et le divan-lit sont parfaits, nous avons tous très bien dormi! Merci Valérie et Manuel pour ce séjour exceptionnel!

Appartement face au port absolument génial pour vivre au rythme des pêcheurs et des marées. Très bien situé, tout se fait à pieds que ce soit les ballades en bord de mer, la vieille ville où le centre ville avec des boutiques d'artistes et des indépendants. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, bien agencé avec une belle cuisine et un beau salon, idéal pour pour cocooner. Le plus, le garage et l'ascenseur privé.

Logement très bien situé, bien équipé, propre, tout le nécessaire. Etienne disponible, donnant toutes les instructions du logement. Je recommande+++++.
