House vacation rentals in Bourcefranc-le-Chapus

Well-located townhouse with local shops and welcoming merchants... The house is spacious, well-equipped, we couldn't enjoy the pool due to the weather... we recommend this rental... and it's for our next visit.

A few fabulous days in this lovely house. The living room is large and bright, the decoration was done with care and the cleanliness is impeccable. We were lucky to have very mild weather for the month of April and were therefore able to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, well maintained and conducive to relaxation, the pool is a real plus. We felt so good in this place. Our son really enjoyed the little play area. The location of the accommodation is excellent, there is everything around while still being quiet. Very good communication with Marines. It's a place we'll keep in mind and hope to return to one day.

The house totally lives up to the description. The layout and interior amenities have been taken care of, the kitchen is very well supplied for real cooking, the bedding is good quality and the spa/sport area is clean! No complaints. The environment is well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, and peaceful. To get around, a car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without so much as a second thought. 👍

Very good welcome , nice house, very clean, 2 large bedrooms, quiet environment at the end of a cul-de-sac, fluid and pleasant communication with Claire and Yann. Pretty places to see: Château d 'Oleron, the lighthouse, the edge of the ocean, the pretty colorful houses of Fort Royer...

Very nice little house located close to the small center of Ste Marie (bakery and shops nearby - very nice). Functional, clean and beautifully decorated house, where you can feel good. Very nice garden, quiet and out of sight. Provide bicycles (super) and games/books for children. Effective communication with Alain (100% remote). Some advice or recommendations for restaurants / things to do on the island would be welcome. Note: Sainte Marie is a bit off-center on the island, so if you plan to do all your trips by bike, you have to plan to pedal! Very good address, we recommend

Nice place to stay within walking distance of a mini golf course and one of the beaches of Fouras. To access the city center and the Grande Plage doable on foot but also by car place available. Perfect for a couple with a child The owner is very responsive and offered us things that were happening in Fouras

Vanessa’s home is extremely intimate, the house has been in the family for generations. But the renovation makes staying there a dream. There’s are so many personal and special touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and efficient. There is lots of hot water and water pressure. The sinks and showers are big enough to feel luxurious. The kitchen is so well supplied you know their family enjoy it. The location is superb, both central and private. Having a laundry was great. And Ile d’Aix is an out of this world wonderland.

We particularly enjoyed our stay at Géraldine's. The house is very convenient for a family on one level with an exterior going around the house and well exposed allowing you to enjoy the sun all day. Everything necessary is available, from indoor to outdoor equipment (deckchairs, parasol, etc.). The house is perfectly located in Rivedoux with the necessary amenities about ten minutes away as well as the beach. Communication went very well and Geraldine was always very responsive. We won't hesitate to come back on our next vacation!

Everything was perfect! Flawless and quiet accommodation. Spacious room and very comfortable bedding I highly recommend it.

We had a nice stay, the neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean. Everything is close by for shopping, renting bikes and touring the island.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

A great family stay at Rramboise's home. The apartment is very nice and decorated with great taste and care. We immediately felt very comfortable there!! From the moment we booked we felt looked after by Maureen. Valerie was a real star, waiting to greet us and show us around. Maureen's house is very much a home from home. The local beach is very near and the town and extensive food market is 10 minutes walk away, with the harbour a great place to grab a bite to eat or a coffee whilst watching the world go by. Can't wait to go back.
