Vacation rentals in Botany Bay

This was our 2nd time staying in St John. This visit we brought our 6 & 4 year old with us! Stacey’s unit was everything we needed! The front desk concierge were so friendly. We actually arrived before check in and used their bathroom so we could immediately go to the beach. They offered to hold our luggage but we just kept it in our jeep rental until check in! We jumped in the pool every day, walked to dinner and ice cream every night. Her unit has a great parking spot right by the pool and elevator. Her locker of beach gear was useful for Long Beach days. The unit itself was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The washer and dryer in the unit worked great. The beach cooler and beach towels were an added bonus for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to travel to St. John! This was the first time we visited STT. My children and grandchildren loved the home and pool. Safety was not a concern as it is in a gated community and the home is so comfortable with absolutely beautiful views. There is an apartment on lower level that was great for my son. There are a few steps to get to the top of main house but there is an elevator lift which we really appreciated. Great way to get baggage and groceries upstairs and used for baggage when checking out. This was a great addition that was well planned out by Cathy. We would definitely go back to this home, and it is just 2 miles from Megans Beach which you can see from the front porch. We loved this condo. Well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and all the appliances you could ask for. Washer and dryer were very useful after a day at the beach . Everything was so close that we didn’t feel we needed a car (even tho you get a dedicated parking space). Shared taxis to the beaches are just 5 mins walk away. We appreciated use of the included beach chairs which were easy to carry on trips .

My partner and I stayed at Aaron’s place in St. Thomas for five nights, and it was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. The listing was exactly as described—if not better. The view from the property was absolutely stunning and quickly became one of our favorite parts of each day. It set the perfect tone for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The home was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. It was well-appointed with a wide variety of amenities that made our stay feel easy and comfortable—from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that added convenience throughout the trip. Everything we needed was either available or clearly outlined in Aaron’s helpful communication. The only very minor issue we encountered was with the restroom door, which was a bit tricky to close quietly and occasionally caused a disturbance at night. That said, it was a small inconvenience in what was otherwise a flawless stay!

Amy’s place was clean and comfortable. The pullout couch was a full size for our friend who stayed 4 nights out of our 8 night trip. It was a little short in length and would be fine for children, but not for anyone tall. The air mattress in the closet was only a twin so she opted for the pullout. We have stayed at sapphire for the last 4 years. It was nice to have the two level condo this year and especially nice to have laundry in the unit. The assistant Staisha was very communicative and had quick response times for the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Staying at You and Me by the Sea was an incredible experience! Shannon was very responsive to any questions and was a great host. She gave recommendations before our arrival and let us check in early as well. The view from the balcony is SPECTACULAR and can be seen from the bedroom and living room area. I would definitely recommend having a car on the island, as the house is located on a steep hill. The location is perfect if you’re looking to visit St. John, as the ferry is right down the hill! There are also many beautiful beaches right in the area. I would recommend staying here, as it is a great spot and Shannon is a great host!

Loved staying at Lime Tree! We stayed at 2 places in St. Thomas. This one, and one at Sapphire Beach. Lime Tree has a more secluded beach. It's small, but beautiful. If you're more into amazing view than getting in the ocean, this is great! There are some reefs around to snorkle (rent from the shop at the resort), but other than relaxing and eating, there's not much to do immediately around. The grounds were kept very clean. I would definitely stay here again for a lazy, relaxed retreat.
