Welcome to our lovely cottage! The holiday home is a classic wooden house from 1970 on 61 m2, situated on a natural plot of 1,100 m2, beautifully situated just off Ulvshale Forest near Stege. The cottage is ideal for both a weekend trip or a longer vacation for couples and families with children. It lies at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to woods and the sea. Bed linen / towels / tea towels are included. The house is cleaned on arrival - therefore a mandatory cleaning fee. Pets not allowed.

Nyd en hyggelig ferie på landet - på UNESCOs biosfær område, tæt på middelalderbyen Stege, i nærheden af vandet og midt i naturen. Vi er en familie bestående af et dansk/japansk par, tre små hunde, en kat, får, løbeænder og høns. Vi har renoveret hele gården efter vores bedste evner og med en høj grad af genbrugsmaterialer. Vi elsker at rejse, og går op i at huset er komfortable og hyggelige. Vi har forsøgt at indrette vores gæstehus som vi selv synes er rart. Sig til hvis I mangler noget!

Centralt beliggende lille gammelt byhus på 59kvm. Hyggelig baggård og have. Hus velegnet til 2-3 personer. Indretning: mix af ældre og nye ting, som i et hjem. Ikke hotelstil. 190 cm til loft i stuen Soveværelse med dobbeltseng (140x200) opredning på boksmadras i stue. (90 + 140 x 200cm). Ca 1 minuts gang til centrum. Ingen rygning i huset. Huset er min fritidsbolig, efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst Sengetøj og håndklæder er lagt frem til bookede overnattende gæster, læg selv på.

De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.
