Comfortable and spacious house with permanent standard in the cozy village of Undersvik outside Järvsö, 3.5 hours by car from Stockholm. Lovely views of Ljusnan and the surrounding fields. Child-friendly plot. Large trampoline, ping pong table, outdoor toys, hammock available in summer. Snow mattresses, sleds, kicks etc. in winter. Several seating areas outdoors with sun all day in summer and charcoal grill. Fiber. Cozy lodge with bar, darts, long table, etc. Possibility of wood-fired sauna for an extra rental fee.

In winter you live right next to the cross-country ski track with access to 80 km of well-groomed cross-country skiing tracks - Ski In Ski Out. In the area there are several activities all year round such as fishing, swimming, paddling, hiking, berries/mushroom picking. Järvsö is about 18 km away and offers alpine skiing, cycling and more.

Relax in this peaceful and charming accommodation, located right next to one of Hälsingland's most beautiful beaches. Equipped for cooking and socializing, with barbecue area on the beach. Space for 4 adults but the house is best suited for 2 people. Here you can enjoy both sunrise and swimming in moonlight. Many guests come back and this tiny house has even served as a wedding suite on a couple of occasions. In the middle of the most beautiful of Hälsingland and 15 minutes from Järvsö

Öppen spis, tv med chromecast. Nyrenoverat kök med diskmaskin. Utgång till altan med tillgång till grill. Badrum med wc, dusch samt kombinerad tvätt/torktumlare. Sovrum 1 med 180 cm säng samt tv. Sovrum 2 med platsbyggd våningssäng (sängar ca 100*200 cm) Tillgång till nybyggd vedeldad bastu.

"Lilla huset" is located in Arbrå on the eastern side of the river Ljusnan. A detached house on our property where we also live. The house is carefully and charmingly renovated. Proximity to nature, 5-minute walk to swimming in Ljusnan, 20-minute walk to the city center, 15-minute walk to Arbrå swimming and sports hall, 10-minute drive to Orbaden spa and "Hälsingland's Riviera", 35-minute drive to Järvsö with skiing and cycling. To Bollnäs, it takes 20 minutes by car.
