Vacation rentals with a pool in Boituva

The Gunard farm has a large space, it was essential for the purpose for which I looted the space. The village had the flexibility of checking in and always helpful. The villagers live on site, which has helped me in case of any doubt or recurrence. Although it was a place with more rustic decor, it was well maintained, welcoming. It needs some adjustments to the ceiling fans and some lights, since they are more provenal items. The house is well equipped with cookware, pans and etc. I had everything I needed. It was very nice to stay there.

Our stay was spectacular! The house is wonderful, cozy place! It faces the forest that offers us an amazing view! Well spacious…we were super well accommodated ! The hosts Giovana and Cilmara were very helpful and kind, they respond to us quickly !! Giovana directed us to Mrs. Ivany to help us with the meals and it was also a wonderful experience! Super Solicit, whimsical and delicious cuisine! Our experience with this home was great ! I highly recommend

The place is just full of peace, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, but it's bigger! Upon arrival we were surprised with a detail, and on my birthday with a delicious cake! My family had a lot of fun playing volleyball, and they woke up early every day to see the balloons! They climb very, very close to the house! The condominium is very quiet and safe, and also very close to the place where people parachute! All rooms are large and there are many mattresses, all very good! Including those in the suites! The outdoor area is full of activities, the court is the difference! But the part of the fire pit in front of the house is also very nice! Anyway, 10/10, I would recommend it and would definitely come back! I thank Luiz and Luciana for the amazing experience! Thank you!

The place is exactly as advertised, with all the facilities for cooking or enjoying the outdoor area. Since the host doesn't charge a cleaning fee, the house isn't that clean. I would prefer if the cleaning fee were included.

I was at Chácara Toka with a group of friends and it was a great experience. The space is beautiful and very pleasant, where we could rest and enjoy. Great service, we were always answered quickly. Super recommend to everyone!

I believe it was the best accommodation ever rented by our family! Since the interior of the property and the external space is wonderful, the clean pool, the bonfire during the luau, the plants and trees, extreme cleaning inside the house, the smell of grandma's house, house completes the kitchen, the coziness of the beds and pillows finally we miss nothing but the friendliness and charisma of the couple was extraordinary! We will return with great pleasure and indicate!

Everything was very peaceful, the house is very nice and comfortable, the location is great for those who want to go parachuting or ride in a hot air balloon, the neighborhood is peaceful, I just felt that dishes and chairs are missing, otherwise, everything was okay. Check-in and checkout were very flexible too and communication was very clear and smooth

The apartment is very organized, quite utensils, super clean and nice. Fernando was extremely receptive, kind and communicates very well! In the condominium has a somewhat bureaucratic administration, but nothing that hindered my stay. I recommend it!

Apartment all equipped with internet, tv, and full kitchen. We stayed 40 days in the apartment and served us very well. The condominium is very wide, with shops, manicure, hairdresser, marmita, fair on Friday and with a large walking area which pleased many of my pets. We didn't have a lot of noise problems despite being fit with several residents. Caroline has always been helpful in helping with what was needed.

Beautiful house, perfectly clean, with a very well-kept garden, plenty of privacy, within a very safe condominium. Perfect description of the place. Clean, fragrant and great quality bed and bath linens. Full kitchen in utensils and equipment. The internet worked perfectly and smarttv with all the channels to add our accounts. Kind host, responsive with perfect guidance. Attention for those who need accessibility: the place where we park the car inside the property is on a level above the social area, requiring you to go down a staircase.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.

The apartment is simply excellent! Extremely clean, well organized, with new furniture, very tasteful. The showers are great, the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The hostess took special care with every detail: she left new, clean, fragrant bedding, all matching each other. The blanket was a special treat, super fluffy and very warm! We also found bath and face towels, and mats in the bathrooms. The kitchen is super equipped, with everything we need, everything clean and new. The dishes are beautiful, and the new appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave) are impeccable. The condominium has an excellent location. Perfect for our needs. Daniella was a wonderful, attentive, and caring host, and she welcomed us with great affection. We feel very well accommodated. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and, whenever possible, I will stay again. Daniella, thank you so much for everything!
