Rigtig lækker, nyrenoveret lejlighed

Lækker nyistandsat lejlighed i i stueplan med to terrasser med flere siddegrupper. Stue og køkken ud i et med helt nyt køkken og alt hvad man skal bruge af køkkenudstyr. Lækker sofagruppe med elpejs for ekstra hygge. Spisebord med god plads. Alt passer sammen og er helt nyt. Store dejlige vinduespartier med dør ud til dejlig morgenterasse på den ene side og lækker overdækket terrasse med spiseplads og skønt loungeområde på den anden. Nyt badeværelse med brus. To soveværelser med dobbeltseng.

The house 'Søeholm', once a small seaside hotel, is now our unique waterfront home, surrounded by forests and fields. Vores hyggelige træ-hytte er den perfekte getaway! Hovedhuset har stue, spiseplads og køkken samlet i ét, med sovesofa til to. Sovehuset har en dobbeltseng med egen indgang, og badehuset tilbyder en brusekabine til ro og afslapning. Fra køkkenet går man ud på en stor træterrasse – perfekt til morgenkaffe og middage. 4 min. gang til stranden/vandet og fælles swimmingpool om sommeren. Chromecast, bøger og basisting som shampoo, balsam og kaffemaskine. Medbring selv sengetøj og håndklæder.

Charmerende sommerhus på Bogø

Hyggeligt sommerhus centralt på Bogø. Kun 5min gang til købmanden og 300 meter fra vandet. På havnen ligger der et italiensk pizzeria som laver lækre stenovns pizza, kager og god kaffe. Rolige omgivelser da huset ligger for enden af en lukket vej og kun har en nabo da huset samtidig ligger ud til et åbent område. Huset har alt hvad man skal bruge for at have nogen skønne dage. Inklusiv strøm, vand, brænde sengetøj, håndklæder og rengøring. Mindre hund tilladt. Haven er lukket helt af.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.
