Cottage vacation rentals in Boeotia

Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, εύκολο parking (αφήσαμε το όχημα ακριβώς από κάτω) και με ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με θέα στην θάλασσα από τα δεξιά του. Το επισκεφτήκαμε Μάρτιο οπότε δεν μπορέσαμε να χαρούμε στις extra παροχές που προσφέρονται τους ζεστούς μήνες χωρίς αυτο να αφαιρεί κατι απο την εμπειρία. Το μεγάλο του σαλόνι επί της εποπτείας της Πυθίας προσφέρεται για μεγάλη παρέα και τα δωμάτιά του, μεγάλα και φωτεινά, για ήσυχη ανάπαυση. Η εξυπηρετιση ήταν άμεση σε ότι χρειαστείκαμε και η υποδοχή ο ορισμός της ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα κ. Παναγιώτη και θα τα ξαναπούμε ευκαιρίας δοθείσης.

We spent 12 days at Efi’s place and loved it ! The house is beautiful, comfy, super well equipped, clean and well located. The communication was easy and we had everything we needed. The only downside is the many bees and wasps around the pool because of the heat but we managed to cohabitate and no one got bitten as they are not agressive.

From the moment I walked in, the place feels like home! The place is clean and organised and has everything you need. The house is perfect, huge, spotless, had everything you need and more. It was minutes from the beach and the walk was stunning. Such a fantastic location with olives trees around the house. Parking added bonus and the garden with shower and barbeque was great. Well, 100% will book again. Thanks so much for all of your help and kindness, you have a wonderful place. I will recommend it to everyone and most of all a family with children.

This is a place with a beautiful beach and view to the Gulf, and a very nice setting, the beach is very peaceful, Frosso is very helpful, friendly and reactive. The coast is nice and it's quite accessible to sites very worthy of visit such as ancient Corinth and the spectacular Acrocorinth, or Mycenea or Epidaurus, or for a cruise starting from . The house is close to the road that can be a bit noisy in the evening so if you are very sensitive perhaps bring earplugs, but otherwise the place is very cool

Le logement se trouvait dans une maison de 2 étages, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et avons pu bénéficier d'un petit jardin très agréable où nous avons pris nos repas le soir. Très proche à pied de la plage d'Itéa et peu éloigné de Delphes. Notre hôte a été très réactive et agréable.

We were looking for a peaceful place and this is exactly what we found. Katerina's cottage is cozy, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful nature. Katerina and her family are wonderful people. Generous, kind and warm, taking care of everything while at the same time completely respecting our privacy. If you are looking for a magical place, you will love it! We spent the whole month of June in the Cottage and will definitely come back, when we are in Greece. The village of Kryoneri has a mini-market, where you can get more than you might expect. There is also a bakery and a butchers shop, everything with excellent quality. A restaurant and a taverna where you can enjoy the wonderful Greek food and warm hospitality. And if you need a break from beautiful nature and peace and quiet, you can be at the beach in under 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή στο σπίτι της Μαρίας! Είχαμε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν! Το συστήνω για μια άνετη και ήρεμη διαμονή!

We really enjoyed staying at. Xenia’s home. The porch on the sea side has such a beautiful view. We got lost since it was getting dark but she guided all the way to the home. She and her husband were very helpful, polite and patient. The home has everything you will need. There are beach’s and places to get food nearby. The highway is below the house but all the windows and doors have electric shades that cover and blocks any noise. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep both nights. Simply, we loved our stay at Xenia’s. There are several places to visit just a short drive away. We will be back!!

We had a lovely holiday in Ioani's place, Green House. The house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean and has all the needed items (kitchen, bedrooms). The beds were excellent and very comfortable. the outside balcony was big and comfortable to make excellent dinner (with or without the barbecue kit!). The house surrounds by olive trees and has privacy and pleanty of place to walk. Ioanis was charming and friendly. He explained us patiently whatever we needed and mostly was communicative along the journey and at any time we needed him. The house is very close to the beach (3 min. walk) and also to Dafni tavern and Nerotrivia the nearby village with small supermarkets. Few local tavern also serves delicious food. Thanks Ioanis for making us feel at home! We recommend Green House warmly.

Mary was lovely and super friendly and the house was in a perfect spot, right by the sea for swimming, and a nice evening walk along the coast path to the tavernas in Galaxidi.

Από τα πιο εξαιρετικά καταλύματα που έχουμε βρεθεί ποτέ. Είχαμε ότι έχει το σπίτι μας και ακόμα περισσότερα. Πράγματι η οικοδέσποινα είχε προνοήσει να υπάρχουν τα πάντα μέσα στο σπίτι. Εκτός από τα βασικά βρήκαμε απορρυπαντικό για άλατα, σφουγγαρίστρα, ατελείωτα χαρτιά υγείας, γκαζακι για καφέ, καφέ φρέσκο. Αυτά που περιγράφω είναι λίγα από αυτά που διέθετε το σπίτι. Το εντυπωσιακό όλων είναι ότι σε ένα ανοιχτό συρτάρι για να τα δούμε, υπήρχαν βασικά φάρμακα όπως ντεπον, γάζες με τραβμαπλαστ και θερμόμετρο. Εννοείται το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πέρασα ύπεροχα και εγω και οικογενεια μου, Ο Κ.Μοντης και η Κ.Άννα εξαιρετική άνθρωποι με χαμόγελο, με ευγένια οτι θέλαμε ήταν εκεί παρα πολύ φιλόξενει. Δεν έχω λογια για την απέραντη καλοσύνη τους. Το σπίτι υπέροχο οπως ακριβως στην φωτογραφία ,πεντακάθαρο και με όλες της παροχές και κοντα στην Θάλασσα, στο λουνα παρκ, και ταβερνες ,καφετεριες , ολα ηταν τελεια. Ειναι απο τα πρώτα μου πλεον στην επιλογη για να ξανά παω. Σας ευχαριστώ παρα πολυ για όλα μέσα απο την καρδιά μου.

The place is ideal for quiet vacations and close to archeological places of interest. The hosts are excellent, going above and beyond with their hospitality. They are also extremely discreet. The house was very clean and also well equipped. All the bedrooms have air conditioning units. The outside space is plenty with shade from trees, especially in the back yard, where you could enjoy breakfast or a barbecue. The swimming pool was pristine since the hosts clean and maintain it very early every morning. We absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great hospitality and a superb spot for quiet vacations.

We had a wonderfull stay. The house is a great but needs some minor repairs, nothing that is even slightly an impediment for a wonderful vacation. The terraces with the view of the mountain are great. The location is amazing, very close to the beach. There is a pine forrest right along the beach that provides a great shelter from the sun. About 2-3 km away it's the city of Xylocastro which has a number of supermarkets. Also we discovered a wanderfull farmers market that I think is only open on Friday mornings. The beach is covered with pebbles and the water gets deep rather quick. It's not crowded and most of the people coming here are Greeks. The sea was mostly calm (sometimes it flet like a huge pool), very clean and warm. We spent 10 wonderfull days here and hope to be returning in the future.

Περάσαμε τέλεια! το σπιτάκι πανέμορφο, είχε τα πάντα και ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο! Θα ξαναέμενα αν τύχαινε να επισκεφτώ την περιοχή μελλοντικά!

Το σπιτι ηταν υπεροχο, ακριβως οπως το περιμεναμε βάσει φωτογραφιων! Πεντακάθαρο, πανεμορφο ανετο ζεστο πληρως εξοπλισμενο κ στην καρδιά της Αραχωβας! Ο οικοδεσποτης ειναι πολυ φιλικός κ φιλόξενος, νιωσαμε απευθειας ασφαλεια κ εμπιστοσυνη απεναντι του. εξυπηρετικος με αμεσες απαντησεις σε ολα!
