Great apartment, ideal location for sightseeing tour in Budapest, everything within walking distance, lots of shops/restaurants nearby. We felt very comfortable as a group. 2 bathrooms are a big bonus. I arrived with my 13-year-old daughter at night, and we immediately felt very safe in the area. The apartment is absolutely recommended, everything in the description is clean and plentiful. Phuong offers a reliable, impeccable service (concrete simple instructions/ ) responds quickly if necessary, very helpful. Has great tips. Very nice, secluded wooden house. Close to the forest and nature, also close to Lake Orawski. A large garden with a large gazebo, a barbecue area, and a hot tub. Very well-equipped - the kitchen had everything we needed for a multi-day stay. However, I think it might be a bit cramped with more than 4 people - there are plenty of places to sleep, but the living common space is quite small. There were also some basic things missing (for example, we only had two rolls of toilet paper - and we spent 3 nights in 4 people) - it was not particularly disruptive, because there are a lot of shops within a 10-minute drive, but a little surprising. In addition, it is also worth mentioning that the internet is very slow and unpredictable (I know it's important for some even in nature :)). But these are just little things, we had a really nice weekend relaxing in the hot tub and walking around the neighborhood. In addition, Diana is a nice person, she greeted us in person and answered questions :)

I booked this accommodation for my parents and they had a fantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and in an amazing location. David was a great host – communication was excellent, he was always ready to help, shared lots of great local tips, and made sure everything was just right. It truly made their trip even more special. Highly recommended!

We totally loved our stay here! The apartment was even bigger than we thought, only the kitchen was a bit small, but we didn't mind it since we didn't really need to use it anyway. But there is everything you need - fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, kettle...just everything. The bed was very comfortable and big enough for two people (and still with some space left!). Everything was clean and great. Charlie gave us great instructions on everything and even left a paper with recommendations (and a map) on the table, so we had some great tips for restaurants! He was also very kind and responsive. He even let us check-in earlier which I really appreciated. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place for shorter or longer stays!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Clean, stylish, very well equipped and full of character. Tamas and Orsi seem to have thought through everything you could possibly need when staying in Budapest - umbrellas if wet, guide books and maps, drying rack for washing, spare sliders for spa visit etc. The apartment is very cleverly designed and finished to a high standard. We really appreciated the attention to detail such as the lovely bathroom tiles and the stylish little espresso cups and saucers which we enjoyed using whilst admiring the views from the balcony. Tamas and Orsi were responsive hosts and on hand to answer any queries or questions. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to both the castle and the river front and conveniently placed for metro links. Cafes, bars and supermarket all within a few minutes walk too. Highly recommend to others.
