Lovely cottage with the best location only 600 m from the wonderful beach. From the house, you have fantastic views of protected nature. There are plenty of possibilities for enjoying the lovely region, where you can hike, enjoy the sea at the vast white, sandy beaches, and explore one of the longest MBT tracks on your mountain bike, which runs close to the house. Large living and dining room and a new kitchen and bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with room for 6. Firewood for the woodstove is included.

Dejlig TV-stue med vinduesparti mod vest - perfekt til at nyde solnedgangen. Dejlige nord, syd- og vestvendt træterrasser omkring sommerhuset, og derudover en ugeneret separat solterrasse. Stort badeværelse med toilet, brus og sauna. Der accepteres ikke ungdomsgrupper eller fester. Gæster skal selv medbringer sengetøj, håndklæder og viskestykker.

Der er kort afstand til havet og 10 minutter til lækre strande i Øster Hurup og 5 minutter til indkøb. Huset har plads til 8-10 personer. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. Next to beautiful forest with extensive bike and walking paths. 3 km to the beach and 2km to the small town of Fjerritslev with ample shopping and dining options.
