Yoann is an exceptional host. Stayed in Apartment 3 and it was very clean, quality linens, comfortable bed and everything functional in the space. Parking was provided on the property, but walkable to restaurants, bakery and town centre. Highly recommend 👌 Yoann, thank you for your hospitality!

We had a lot of fun visiting Bordeaux by taking the Tram directly in front of the accommodation. The bed was comfortable. Only downside, the owners of the Berges du Lac would have benefited from complaining about the noise caused by motorcycles by throwing on the boulevard in front of the building and this all evening preventing us from dining on the terrace. Despite the closed windows, we heard several young people shouting overnight.

Very good, the accommodation is very functional. It could be slightly more equipped but it has what it takes. A bedroom/living room separation would be a plus in the future (blackout curtain for example?) Thank you so much for your unfailing responsiveness.

Typical house to live in the atmosphere of the Bassin d 'Arcachon, in a simple and warm way. You have to climb the small wooden staircase, open the window that opens to the terrace on the water and immerse yourself in the local atmosphere. tasting of oysters nearby. The train station is convenient 3 minutes walk to Arcachon without clutter. We had a lovely stay, recommend, and will be back! G&P.

We had a great weekend in this place, close to a lot of things, a relatively quiet street and the advantage of having parking on the next street. Gregory is quite responsive and the instructions given before arrival are very clear. I would of course recommend this Airbnb which is tastefully done.

Large charming apartment overlooking the Public Garden. Very quiet. The neighborhood is lovely, small cafes, restaurants and shops. Perfect for our weekend reunion with friends. Virginie hosted us very warmly. We had coffee, tea, milk, butter for breakfast. It was a very nice little touch. As the weather was very nice, we didn't spend a lot of time at the apartment. The bedding is great. We highly recommend this rental.

Perfect pied à terre for central Bordeaux. Friendly helpful hosts. Spacious and light apartment. Basic decor and perfectly acceptable so really good value for the price.

Clean and beautiful accommodation.

Despite the rain, we had a pleasant weekend in a peaceful and relaxing setting. We really liked the proximity to horses, goats, chickens, storks and dogs. The Spa was a great asset. The place has met our expectations: well laid out, there is nothing missing. Johanna is extremely kind, attentive and very responsive. You can go there, you won't be disappointed.
