The apartment was beautifully decorated, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The apartment was immaculately and well-maintained. The host had thought of everything to make my stay comfortable, including fresh towels, bed linen, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of the apartment was the stunning view from the balcony. I could sit out there for hours, sipping my morning coffee and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Pirin Mountains. The only downside was the Wi-fi signal which was quite weak. Overall, I would recommend this apartment with the caveat that the Wi-Fi signal is weak. If you are someone who needs a strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection for work or personal use, this may not be the best choice for you.

A fantastic cozy restored home. It was a pleasure to be able to stay in such a wonderful village home - clearly very special to the family.

We are staying in Jane apparent in Xmas 2022. We are checking in at 2 am. House is very clean with a very big bed and free wifi. Down stairs are free of charge swimming pool and hot tub. Downstairs is the local shops with all essentials. From apartment to the main gondola is 5 min walk. 3 min to main street with all clubs and restaurants I highly recommend Jane flat for clean good location and flexible check in. Also communication with host was very easy. She help me with cheap transport from Sofia airport with be multivan. Many thank for hosting us. Michael

It was a pleasure to stay at Lyubomira`s house. The place was very cosy with beautiful view of the mountain. We had a great time definitely we will come again.

Honest review time: The house is great. Big, spacious, and once the central heat & fireplace are running the whole house is warm enough. Outside was -10 inside was warm enough to be with just a tshirt. But because the boiler run out of wood pellets it switched off during the night and the whole house was literally frozen. Luckily this happened at the very last day we were leaving. Just make sure you contact them to fix it. It can easily host 8 people with its 4 rooms and 4v double beds. Huge living room and more than enough area to dine 10 people. The place has a sauna which works just fine. There also is a dish washing machine, laundy and drying clothes machine There is no wifi and even though there is 4G coverage in the area, its only working at the upper floor. You're lucky to get 2G or 3G in some corners of the living room. There is TV with satelite in all the rooms. Would easily suggest any one to spend a weekend at this house.

A pleasant place, suitably arranged to accommodate up to 4 people. Very good location, it didn’t need to be driven by a vehicle. Milko is an excellent host, willing to help us for anything. We will definitely visit it again.

Jackie went above & beyond for us. She showed us the best & cheapest restaurants, the place to get FREE mountain spring water, the hiking trail, and more. Great lighting in the place. It had endless sunlight all day, so we slept better than we ever had because the sun would rise and wake us up, and then as it fell, you could still see the beautiful sunset over the majestic Pirin mountains—the best sleep of our lives. The place was fully equipped and cozy. The heater kept the place very warm. Espresso machine, tea boiler, and more. I loved having a TV too.

I enjoyed my stay here at this location. It is very close to nearby hiking trails that connect up to the the high mountain. It is a little far from the center for the Sunday farmers market but is very quiet at night. There was some unexpected construction on the property during the last week of my stay to install reliable internet into every house. The property lists that it includes a/c but there are no a/c units or fans in the house. Also note that there are no screens on the windows to prevent bugs from entering the house when open. Luckily Bansko doesn't have too many bugs and it is fairly cool at night even during June and early July. Other than these minor things I enjoyed my stay here and would certainly book the home again.

We are more than pleased with our stay at Leshten Guest Homes. The villa we booked looked exactly like the pictures uploaded in the app. The host was extremely nice and responsive, replying to our messages within minutes. The living room was very spacious and the big glass walls offered a stunning view of the mountain and the garden. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were really comfortable. The duvets were very soft, the pillows were fluffy and the linen was fresh. Outside, on the porch, there are a table and stools where you can enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful nature surrounding the villa. There is also a barbecue provided for the guests to cook if they want to. In the kitchen, there are plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking pots, etc. at the guests’ disposal. Coffee, as a complimentary gift, was left for us at the villa upon our arrival. All in all, the villa is a great value for the money we paid and we would enjoy booking it again in the future.

WHAT A LEGEND! Loved it here. 1KM walk to the gondola straight through town. Super value for money. Warm and great showers. Superb value for money. Cannot reccomend enough.

Martin was a wonderful host; very accommodating, quick to respond, and made sure there was a colleague to welcome us. The place itself was also wonderful– located in a very central area close to many different places to explore. Very happy to spend a weekend there!

The house was amazing with all we needed after our ski & snowboarding When we first arrived Alex offered us help and guideline to everything in the house and also suggested us some places to go. He shared with us his mobile telling us to contact him in case we needed anything. House is about 10 mins driving to center. Well recommended!

I've stayed at this studio for a month in the summertime and it really felt like home. The studio's space is well organized, so the kitchen and bed have separate spaces and it feels more like one bedroom apartment. The balcony is huge, with one of the beautiful mountain views in Bansko. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay. The washing machine's absence wasn't a problem, because there's a laundry service nearby with very friendly staff. The location is amazing in many ways: - 2 coworking spaces for digital nomads are very close - great restaurants, swimming pools and supermarkets around - close to hiking routes - 10 min and you're in the mountain forest - mountain bikes and ATV rentals and more One important thing to know about the apartment is the internet connection - wifi isn't stable and can be absent for some time because it's connected to the building router of Bansko Royal Towers, it has no its own separate line. And this area in Bansko has no optic cables yet that can provide fast internet. I work online, had working calls, and solved it easily with mobile internet that had really good speed and connection. The other option was coworking spaces in Bansko and lovely cafes around. Ekaterina is a very welcoming host. She provided all necessary information for self-checkin and my stay. She responded fast to my questions and shared useful information about Bansko. One of the best places I've stayed for a long-term while traveling.

Достаточно уютная, комфортная квартира со всеми удобствами и чувствовали как дома, балкон с шикарным видом на гору Пирин. Мы семья с маленькими детьми 5 и 2 года и дети с дневным сном, а заезд с 15-00, хозяин Стас нам сделал исключение и разрешил раньше заехать в 13-00, что действительно приятно. Это и говорит о том что хозяин Стас просто хороший человек и заинтересован в комфорте гостей. Ещё плюс квартиры это то что вблизи от горы Пирин и гондолы. Ещё приедем! Спасибо!

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

We had a great time staying at this apartment, it is part of an aparthotel complex but the staff were very friendly and willing to help with questions, and access to the spa there was much appreciated after skiing! The apartment itself is well located, a 5 minute walk to the gondola, the main shops and restaurants, and about 20 minute walk to the old town of Bansko. The kitchen facilities were basic but enough for our stay. It was clean and has a balcony to sit outside. The bed was technically 2 singles pushed together but they were comfortable. Overall I would recommend this apartment for a trip to Bansko.

Great place to stay, perfect location. Pool, hot tub and sauna was great after a day of skiing. Close to gondola and restaurants in town.

Loved staying here. Neli was very helpful with local knowledge - the ski hire company she recommended within the building was excellent, good price, lovely staff and they drove us to and from the gondola each day, with our equipment. Mountain View is close to gondola, but lovely after a long day skiing to be collected! Great facilities including pool, sauna, and a bar on ground floor. Fully recommend staying here.
