The house corresponds to the listing. Excellent cleaning, new utensils and everything very organized. The condominium is quiet and safe. Close to the venue, Rua do Fico, with pharmacies, supermarkets and a bakery. Very good indeed. I will certainly return to the house. The host responds quickly and always with kindness.

It was a reservation just for sleeping, so it was all right, it's as described, João is very communicative and explained a lot about everything. Everything was new, clean and tidy, he even left us utensils, he even thought of soap, I thought it was cute lol

Third time staying at Lucas' Lofts, like the other times, I LOVED IT!! Everything is done with practicality in mind, what I like most besides the comfort and impeccable cleanliness, is the location and ease of ordering ifood, very practical and close, when I wanted to make food, in addition to having everything I needed to cook, there is the best market in the city at the end of the street in addition to the best and largest pharmacy in the city too… you can walk! The only serious problem I have to note is that after we stay there, we don't want to stay in apartments with doormen and all their bureaucracies because the lofts are much more private, practical and quiet! I'll be back more often, I found that it's no wonder they're the best rated in town.

The stay at Lucas' apartment was impeccable. Great location, the apartment was super tidy and well equipped with everything that was needed for a good stay. Lucas was a great host, responded very quickly and even gave me tips on where to have breakfast. No doubt it was worth it.

Wonderful space, everything very clean, organized, all the structure and equipment needed for a perfect stay. The neighborhood is one of the most valued in the city, the space is super close to an avenue with restaurants, a gas station, pharmacies and the Rondon supermarket. The host Lucas was extremely attentive, answered all my questions, was always helpful and had a lot of flexibility with check-in and check-out, which helped me a lot. I definitely recommend it and will come back more often when I return to the city.
