We were well accommodated by the host himself. The family served dinner and ate with us. If your looking for a native nipa hut accommodation in the Philippines, then this is the only place that gives you cheap but excellent hospitality. The locals treated us well and didn't take advantage because we were visitors. Definitely a place to stay by the beach and stay for a long time. Their place is not a tourist spot but there's a secret marine sanctuary next to them where you may go snorkeling and do trekking.

We had a good stay in this listing! Room M was spacious for two, with bed, a TV, a table with 2 chairs and an open closet for hanging clothes. Bathroom is also spacious. Hot and cold water is free, there is a sitting area outside the room where can have breakfast or coffee and even a garden outside with chickens and frogs haha. Fresh air all day was good. Place is a few minutes away the Superlines bus terminal and about 15 mins tricycle ride away from Bagasbas Beach and the boulevard. Breakfast can be ordered ahead of time and there is a really good affordable place next door called The Little Mexican. Lourdes was very nice and accomodating to us. We had a really nice and peaceful stay. Location is quiet since it's a few streets away from the center but tricycles are regularly passing by so moving around was very easy. Definitely recommended place for visiting Daet.

The host is very friendly and her family... very responsive and very helpful. They provided all of our requests, they arranged our Island hopping, food, drinks, and others... the food was very delicious, and they served it nicely. The place is nice and very relaxing.

An attractive location and comfortable "character" facility. My wife especially liked the hammock on the porch. If driving there, as we were, it can be a challenge to find as no indicator sign appears at the turn-off from the main highway. There is also no road shown on Google to the location, though the satellite view reveals a trail along the beach (which is suitable for driving). However, the contact responded quickly and was very helpful re getting us there. We enjoyed being there.

Really great host! I had some special requests (e.g. extra monitor for remote work) and they arranged that for me. When there were some problems with water and electricity, they informed me promptly about it. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities that weren’t listed. The place is quite far from the center and somewhat noisy (since there is a workshop just beside it) but it’s a home away from home and very cozy so I didn’t mind 💖

Living room was clean and bathroom as well, shower's working and has bidet, and accommodating enough to lend us hangers. Kitchen was clean and you can also cook as they have gas stove. Place is near to most of the spots in Albay.

We had a great time here! My kids enjoyed the pool while me and my husband loved the peaceful and quiet surrounding, away from the noise of the city. The staffs are also hospitable and very friendly, they were always very responsive when we need something. We will definitely come back next time!

The place is a hidden gem with lush surroundings, a peaceful sleepy town (ideal for resting and relaxing), and an incredible beach view—the best one could ask for! It's among the best spots in Luzon. As for the hosts, they were incredibly accommodating, courteous, and hospitable. However, do note that there's weak to no mobile data and network signal there. It might just be the best place to disconnect from the online world, exactly as you prefer. (They do have WiFi available although intermittent)
