This apartment is small (really only two rooms and the bathroom) but centrally located - it was easy walking distance to everywhere in the old part of Béziers, and close to the bus routes. 10-15 minute walk to the train station (or take the bus). The apartment was very clean, and well equipped. There was no oven, but there is a two burner induction stove in the small kitchen area, a microwave, toaster oven, and a good sized fridge. Kettle, toaster and coffee-maker were also provided. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. The couch is a futon, so not too comfortable to sit on. Otherwise the place is quiet, the bed was comfortable, there was heating and air conditioning, and two tv's . The windows open directly onto the street, so you see and hear passersby when they are open - but that is part of the charm of living in the old part of town. Couldn't ask for a better location.

A great little apartment for a short stay in Bezier. Matches the description and photos exactly. Location is brilliant. Very close to the cathedral, restaurants and the little train stop if that’s your thing. Also a little supermarket just a few minutes walk. Nathalie very kindly allowed me an early check in. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which was fine for me but something to keep in mind when you book.

from the Gare(train station) to the front door was probably a nice 15minutes carrying a 35lb checked bag and a carry on...i went thru the Parc de Poetes--a beautiful park right across the Gare and on the opposite of the street from the apartment...pizza on the ground floor, butcher right next door serving great Moroccan marinated meats and other foods. tons of drug stores, grocery stores, atms, eyeglass shops a plenty and gobs of cafes, bistros, restaurants as soon as you walk out the door. i walk a lot!! and all over and at 74 and a skinny guy, i felt very safe and didn't look over my shoulder or crossed the street. as for the apartment itself, the a/c is great, there are 3 operable sky windows and for the small unit, the a/c worked as it should. i used it during the cold months feb-mar. everything worked as needed and the bed is very comfy...i would hope that they get a couple of knives that can actually cut and maybe stock good salt and pepper. Patricia is a wonderful host!!!

C'était notre 2ème séjour. Nous savions à quoi nous attendre. Le logement est très bien entretenu. Il est équipé de façon très moderne, spacieux, lumineux... Dès l'entrée, nous nous y sentons bien. Ce qui explique ce second séjour. Béatrice met un plateau à notre disposition avec des petites gourmandises, dosettes de café, assortiment de tisanes, thés. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Beautiful house and lovely owners. Very spacious, clean and great interiors, with added wine cellar bonus. A quiet village but close enough to lots of local towns and beeches. Great base to explore this wonderful area.

We had a great time. Sophie is a great host, very welcoming and helpful in sorting out one or two things for us. Her restaurant recommendation (Maison Hermine) was exceptional. Providing a cot and high chair was helpful. The house was better than described and well equipped with ample dishes, glasses and cutlery. It was great to have a choice of outdoor spaces to sit. The single beds were a little small for adults. We had hoped the pool would be a little warmer - perhaps in mid September the sun isn't strong enough. But some of us enjoyed it. Serignan is a lovely small town, we loved walking to the bakery for breakfast and the local wine cooperative is very convenient for the property. We had a great week and would go again.
