Vacation rentals with a patio in Bellavista, Cali

Beautiful apartment right in the middle of the action of Cali. Apartment is very well equipped, nicely decorated and clean. Host is very kind and responsive. I’d definitely recommend the apartment and would consider go there again on a next visit to Cali.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The view was better than expected. It’s a cozy place to arrive to. I had one surprise although it seems to be quite common in these apartment complexes- the hot water is almost non existent. The other feedback I’d give to the host is in regards to the beds; they’re comfortable but something about the shape made it easy to roll off; or maybe something I noticed because traveling with infant. I do recommend this place for folks visiting whether family or more party enthusiasts.

We loved the place, a very cozy downtown area and above all, good service !!! I would definitely stay again without thinking about it!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos; the location is really good, close to supermarkets, drugstores, universities and near the Jardín Plaza shopping center. It was very easy to get there with the host's directions, everything was very clean and organized.

Great hosts. María Fernando and her husband made me feel at home and were super helpful during my stay. The apartment is as described. The location is in a residential neighborhood just outside of a tourist area so best of both worlds. Great experience.

Excellent accommodation! It met our expectations! The apartment is very clean, just as shown in the photos! My daughter had a birthday and we were able to celebrate it in the unit with all the protocol and permits in the living room and pool! Very friendly people, the security guards at the entrance, and above all, I'd like to highlight the kindness of Mr. Jairo! Thanks Don John who was always available and attentive to our stay from afar. 🏠 We would definitely come back 🙌🏻

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. The water heater didn't serve us but it wasn't that serious. If I recommend you can get the fan in the living room as it is very hot mid-morning - late. Everything else is very nice and communication with Kevin is excellent.
